  • Publication number: 20100203801
Abstract: Spin message toy with a rigid rectangular block member, a right side string loop and a left side string loop. The block member has a broad front surface and broad rear surface. The string loops are attached to the left and right sides of the block so that it is capable of spinning on a horizontal plane when a user pulls in opposing directions on the string loops that have been twisted by the user just before operation. The front surface has a first partial message printed upon it. The rear surface has a second partial message printed upon it. The first and second partial messages form the illusion of a complete message when the rectangular block member is spun by the user.

  • Publication number: 20100199969
Abstract: Pool protection and solar heating cover with a housing frame, a black plastic film roof covering, a central water spray manifold, a water pump, a pair of water directing channels, a thermostat and water conduit tubing. The plastic roof covering is stapled to the housing frame. The central water spray manifold is mounted under the peak of the roof covering. The pump is turned on by the thermostat when the temperature of the roof covering reaches a pre-determined level. The pump transfers water from a swimming pool to the manifold via the water conduit tubing. The manifold has a plurality of spray apertures that direct the water to the underside of the roof covering. The water slides down the underside of the roof covering until it reaches the water directing channels which direct the water back into the swimming pool.

  • Patent number: 7059465
Abstract: Multi-directional conveyor with a pair of conveying belts, a plurality of sprockets, a sprocket holding frame, a gear reduced drive motor and a plurality of four sided trays. The trays are attached to the conveying belts by outwardly facing horizontal pins that are located at opposing offset corners of the trays and are capable of rotating within corner blocks that are affixed to the tray. The pins are fixedly attached to the conveying belts. The conveying belts have a plurality of evenly spaced apertures that accommodate the sprockets so that the drive motor can power the sprockets that are rotatably pinned to the frame thereby causing the belts to be driven in a linear fashion. The belts are capable of changing their angular orientation according to the spatial relationship of one sprocket to another. The belts are made of thin gauge stainless steel.

  • Publication number: 20040264180
Abstract: Adjustable Task Light comprising a housing assembly, an electrical cable, a magnet, a lamp and a lamp shade. The housing bottom internally supports four perpendicularly disposed posts. One post is capable of rotatably retaining a centrally located roller wheel. Three remaining posts capable of retaining three additional wheel shaped retainers. Two retainers are made of rigid material and one the wheel retainer made of a resilient material. The central wheel and the additional wheel retainers are positioned in such a way that they can slidably retain the electrical cable in a fixed position. The cable terminates on one end in a lamp assembly, and on the opposite end in a wall pack transformer. The housing includes a flange with a post which retains a standard hook member. The housing cover plate retains a standard magnet.

  • Patent number: 6793367
Abstract: Lantern Support Post with an upper support post, a lower support post, a friction sleeve and a ground stake tube. The upper support post is rigid and tubular and has a centrally located slit at the top. The lower support post is rigid and tubular and has a reduced connection portion at its top that slidably engages with the bottom of the upper support tube. The support stake is rigid and capable of being driven into the ground. The top of the support stake is capable of slidably inserting into the bottom of the lower support tube. The friction sleeve is capable of sliding onto the upper support post so that it can be adjusted to support the bottom lip of a standard camping lantern. A preferred embodiment includes the ground stake tube includes a top cap made of high impact plastic such as nylon or ABS.

  • Publication number: 20040089685
Abstract: Shoulder Strap Securing Device with a plurality of strips. The strips are comprised of a hook type fastening material on one side and a high sticktion material on the opposite side and are connected to each other by a layer of material such as netting so that approximately one quarter of one inch of the netting is exposed between each four inch length of each strip. The strips and netting assembly can be placed on a persons clothing at the shoulder area, the hook fastener side used on rough or fuzzy material and the high sticktion side to be used on smooth slippery material. Additional hook and loop tabs are attached to the securing assembly and placed one over the other thereby retaining a standard bag strap or case strap and reducing the chance of the strap to slide off of the user's shoulder.

  • Publication number: 20040055165
Abstract: Julienne Knife with a plurality of knife blades each blade having a bolt retaining aperture. A U shaped blade assembly holding member includes a handle portion. A first through bolt removably retains the knife blades allowing the blades to rotate about the first through bolt. A second through bolt acts as a stop for the opposite ends of the knife blades. A pair of nuts retain the first and second through bolts. A plurality of spacers evenly separate the knife blades from each other. A preferred embodiment includes when the knife blades are rotated about the first through bolt, the opposite end of the knife blade is made available to the user so that the user has easy access to both ends of the the knife blades.

  • Patent number: 6557716
Abstract: Trash Bag Holder with a four sided, rigid paneled, open bottomed bag holding structure. Two opposing walls of the structure have die cut apertures near the top of the structure and flexible plastic panels that cover the cutouts that can removably retain portions of a plastic trash bag. The plastic panels each have an X shaped slit where a portion of a plastic bag can be pushed through each slit by the user. The plastic panels are attached to the walls by rivets or other standard attachment. The four side panels are attached at each adjoining edge by an integral hinge so that the panels can be folded onto each other to create a relatively flat configuration for storage and packaging.
