Abstract: An apparatus for shaping plastic preforms for providing plastic containers), having a plurality of shaping stations arranged on a movable carrier, wherein the shaping stations have blowing moulds which accommodate the preforms and within which the preforms are shaped to provide the containers, and wherein the shaping stations each have charging devices which are movable relative to the preforms and which charge the preforms arranged in the moulds with a flowable medium for expansion, and wherein the shaping stations have a valve arrangement which controls the feed of the medium to the preforms, with a clean chamber within which the shaping stations are conveyed with the charging devices, wherein the clean chamber is arranged against the surroundings by at least one wall. Flow connections for guiding the flowable medium are provided between the valve arrangements and the charging devices and the valve arrangements are arranged outside the clean chamber.

Abstract: A blow valve comprises at least one blow valve body, an environmentally controlled first receiving space constructed in the blow valve body and having at least one entry opening and at least one exit opening for receiving and conveying an operating gas, and a second receiving space constructed in the blow valve body for the guidance of a pressure distribution member such as, for example, a piston element. A sealing component prevents exchange of gas between the first receiving space and the second receiving space and is arranged between the first and second receiving spaces. The sealing component has a stationary part for fixing to the blow valve body and a movable part for changing the flow rate of the operating gas, wherein the setting member is surrounded in part by the sealing component and is coupled to the movable portion in order to move it.

Abstract: A device with blow stations disposed on a blow wheel for blow moulding containers from a thermoplastic material includes a unit for pneumatic control of a blow pressure. The pneumatic control unit has a control piston which is guided in a cylinder and is mounted so as to be movable in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the piston. A main flow path, which can be closed by the control piston, extends through the cylinder. The control piston is provided with a control surface which faces a control chamber of the cylinder and is designed to transmit a control force to the control piston. The control piston is constructed at least in some regions from a metal or a ceramic.

According to the invention at least one gas-processing device (416), which is capable of filtering the gas in a sterile manner and/or of reducing a quantity of an oxidative disinfecting/sterilizing agent contained in the gas flowing through and/or flowing past, is arranged in at least one gas line (402, 402a, 402b) which is a gas supply line (402a) or a gas removal line (402a) of a blowing station (8).

Abstract: An apparatus (1) for shaping plastic preforms (10) into plastic containers (20), comprising a transport device (2) on which a plurality of blow moulding stations (8) are arranged, wherein each of these blow moulding stations (8) comprises a blow mould inside which a plastic preform (10) can be shaped into a plastic container (20), wherein the apparatus (1) comprises a clean chamber (6) inside which the plastic preforms (10) can be transported. According to the invention, that region of the transport device (2) in which the blow moulding stations (8) are arranged is arranged in the clean chamber (6) and at least one further region of the transport device (2) is arranged outside the clean chamber (6).
