Abstract: Disclosed are a hinge unit which couples a first member and a second member, the hinge unit including: a conic shaft which is coupled to the first member, and comprises a hinge pivot, a conic unit of a truncated cone shape, the radius of which is extended in an end area of the hinge pivot, and a first rocking unit formed to an outer surface of the conic unit; and a conic sleeve which is coupled to the second member, and comprises a sleeve main body formed with a conic accommodating unit having a shape corresponding to the conic unit in an inner part of the conic accommodating unit, and a second rocking unit formed to an inner surface of the conic accommodating unit to be coupled with the first rocking unit.

Abstract: A robot cleaning system and a dust removing method of the same that are capable of moving a first dust collector mounted in a robot cleaner to a docking station to remove dust collected in the first dust collector. The robot cleaning system includes a robot cleaner having an opening, though which a first dust collector to collect suctioned dust is carried in and out of the robot cleaner, a docking station, to which the robot cleaner is docked to remove the dust collected in the first dust collector, and a collector moving unit to move the first dust collector to the docking station.

Abstract: A system for facilitating the handling and transporting of semiconductor packages includes a stock of trays in which semiconductor packages can be held, and a tray carrier by which a stack of the trays can be easily handled using automated equipment and without producing dust. The tray carrier includes a frame having an open bottom end through which a stack of trays can be inserted into the frame, belt drums mounted on both sides of the bottom end of the frame, fork blocks mounted to the frame under the belt drums, and a belt extending from the belt drums through the fork blocks and across the open bottom end of the frame. When the tray carrier is placed over a stack of the trays, the belt surrounds the top and sides of the stack of trays. The fork blocks include prongs that are movable into the space constituting the open bottom end of the frame so as to support the bottom of the stack of trays.

Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for clamping a stack of trays that allows automation and prevents distribution of particles or foreign materials during a semiconductor fabrication process. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a frame body surrounding the stack of trays, a plurality of belt drums, and a hook. Each belt drum is attached to one side of the frame body has a belt and spiral spring. The belt is structured to securely surround the stack of trays using the elastic tension of the spiral spring member mounted in the belt drum. The hook is structured to be rotatably connected to the frame body and slid under a bottom surface of the stack of trays to secure the stack of trays.
