    Abstract: Disclosed herein are exemplary embodiments of a tax efficient manner for rewarding initial public offering inventors of a successful business, reducing commission expenses of secondary offerings used to finance the growth of the business, and shifting a large proportion of the rewards of the corporation's success to the initial public offering investors.     Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods of non-cash employee compensation. An exemplary embodiment of a method of non-cash employee compensation may comprise a synthetic stock option program using a synthetic call. A synthetic call can be created without an actual call option by buying both the stock and a put option on the stock. A synthetic put may be created without an actual put option by selling the stock short and buying a call on the stock at the same price.
