  • Patent number: 11960292
Abstract: Method and systems for generating vehicle motion planning model simulation scenarios are disclosed. The system receives a base simulation scenario with features of a scene through which a vehicle may travel. The system then generates an augmentation element with a simulated behavior for an object in the scene by: (i) accessing a data store in which behavior probabilities are mapped to object types to retrieve a set of behavior probabilities for the object; and (ii) applying a randomization function to the behavior probabilities to select the simulated behavior for the object. The system will add the augmentation element to the base simulation scenario at the interaction zone to yield an augmented simulation scenario. The system will then apply the augmented simulation scenario to an autonomous vehicle motion planning model to train the motion planning model.

  • Publication number: 20230038570
Abstract: Technologies for physical address aliasing include an alias server, an owner device, and a consumer device in communication over a network. The owner device submits an alias identifier and a physical address to the alias server. The alias server associates the alias identifier and the physical address in a secure address database. The alias identifier may be a human-readable unique identifier. The consumer device submits a request including the alias identifier to the alias server. The alias server authenticates the consumer device, retrieves the physical address associated with the alias identifier, and sends a response based on the physical address to the consumer device. The response may be generated based on an access role associated with the consumer device. The response may include the physical address, a lower-resolution address based on the physical address, or confirmation of validity of the alias identifier. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

  • Publication number: 20110179478
Abstract: The invention is directed to a secure data transmission system and method for use in connection with potentially untrusted computer systems and data communication networks. The method involves transmission of sensitive data, such as authentication credentials, between at least two entities (for example, client and server systems and zero or more trusted token systems). This method utilizes symmetric encryption, shared secrets, and data strings composed of pseudo-random characters (also known as “tokens”) to authenticate entities to other entities and to securely transmit data between entities.

  • Patent number: 4256275
Abstract: A homing system is provided for guiding a missile (10) towards a metal target. The metal target is illuminated by a radar unit (12) with a transmitted RADAR signal of predetermined frequency. The target reflects the RADAR signal and produces HARMONIC signals having frequencies that are harmonic with the predetermined frequency. An antenna (14) is mounted in the missile for receiving signals, including the HARMONIC signals produced by the target. A wave guide bandpass filter (18) receives signals from the antenna and passes selected HARMONIC signals to a filter output. A detector (34) is responsive to selected HARMONIC signals passed by the filter (18) to produce STRENGTH signals proportional to the signal strength of the selected HARMONIC signals. The STRENGTH signals are received by an error circuit (48) that produces ERROR signals indicating the direction of the target relative to the missile (10).
