  • Publication number: 20220176139
Abstract: The subject of the invention is a method and device for micro-structuring liquids, including body fluids. The method consists in that the treated liquid exposes to the broadband noise electric and/or magnetic fields generated in the near zone by the broadband source of electrical and/or magnetic noise, with frequencies in the range from 100 Hz to 50 MHz in the form of densely packed strips appearing similar to noise. Device has a broadband source of electrical and/or magnetic noise connected to a current source (ZRI) equipped with a modulator (MOD) of amplitude and frequency of the power signal.

  • Patent number: 11322344
Abstract: The subject of the invention is a method and device for reducing contamination in a plasma reactor, especially contamination by lubricants, particularly for plasma processing of materials. The method is based on the fact that the contaminated gas pumped out of at least one reduced pressure vacuum chamber in the form of a plasma lamp (LA1, LA2, LA3) is purified in at least one purifying plasma lamp (LA01, LA02, LAH, LAE), in which a glow discharge is initiated between the anodes of the purifying plasma lamp (A01, A02) and the cathodes of the purifying plasma lamp (K01, K02), favorably particles of lubricants are cracked and partially polymerized, while processed heavy particles of lubricants are collected in a buffer tank (ZB) and then discharged outside the pumping system.

  • Publication number: 20150373825
Abstract: A torch consists of an inner tube (1), a coaxially positioned outer tube (2), and at least three electrodes (3), whose tips are evenly spaced around the torch axis inside the outer tube (2). At the end of outer tube (2) there are evenly spaced electrode ports (3), extending in parallel to the torch axis from the outer tube end edge (2). In addition, the torch comprises a cylindrical head (4) sized to fit the outer diameter of the outer tube (2) provided with the same number of electrode ports (3). In another embodiment, the torch is provided with at least six electrodes (3) spaced in two planes perpendicular to the torch axis, while the head (4) has the same number of ports, wherein the difference in depth of every second port corresponds to the distance between the planes.

  • Patent number: 9044691
Abstract: A method and apparatus for dehydration of glycol uses two galvanic electrodes submerged in a water-glycol mixture. Semiconductor switches are used to supply pulses from a direct current source and to control the polarization and current flow time in such a way as to produce an average current of zero and a switching frequency commensurate with electro-hydrodynamic frequency of the electrode and liquid system. By applying sufficiently low frequency of switching, stirring of glycol and removal of gas products from the electrodes is achieved. The glycol container has at least one submerged electrode module equipped with at least two galvanic electrodes. Each electrode is connected through pairs of high power electronic switches which cycle alternatively between the positive and negative terminals of a direct current power supply.

  • Patent number: 8829770
Abstract: The excitation source consists of at least three identical electrodes arranged symmetrically in relation to the axis of the central tube, which supplies an analytical sample, and electrode cooling agent supply and removal systems. The electrodes are mounted in an electrically isolated metal housing so that the electrode tops are placed at the central tube outlet, and their ends are shorted in the power supply point with the microwave connections embedded in the housing on the extension of the electrode longitudinal axis and the connections are coupled with the microwave power source, the length of each electrode is ¼ L, where L is the length of the microwave. Each electrode has a hollowed longitudinal flow chamber for the cooling agent connected with metal side tubes, which supply and remove the cooling agent, while outside tube ends are electrically shorted with the housing.

  • Publication number: 20090134038
Abstract: In the method at least two electrodes (1, 2) and fluid reagents (4) are placed in the reaction vessel (3). At least one fluid substrate (11) of the fluid reagents (4) is capable of electric polarization. The reagents (4) are subjected to electric voltage in the form of a series of short electric pulses in such way that unipolar or bipolar electric field pulses are generated. The minimum duration time of electric pulses is from 50 ns and the maximum is 20 ms. The pause between the consecutive pulses is from 0.5 ?s to 3 s. In the reactor at least two electrodes (1, 2) are connected to the electric power adaptor delivering unipolar or bipolar pulses of direct or alternating voltage which constitutes the source of the electric field with amplitude exceeding 100V/cm.
