Abstract: A business method provides for the sale of real estate to persons ineligible for credit from typical financial institutions. A real estate financial entity purchases real estate and sells it to a buyer via a sales contract comprising scheduled monthly payments wherein title is transferred upon completion of all scheduled payments. The new purchase is secured by the property and allows sale to high-risk buyers.
