  • Publication number: 20170282290
Abstract: An ultrasonic welding device for ultrasonic welding of members to be welded, comprising: an ultrasonic horn configured to generate ultrasonic vibration; a horn chip configured to transmit the ultrasonic vibration to the members to be welded; and a connecting member provided between the ultrasonic horn and the horn chip for connecting them. The ultrasonic horn has a first screw part at the tip. The horn chip has a second screw part at the base end. The connecting member has a third screw part at one side to be screwed with the first screw part and a fourth screw part at the other side to be screwed with the second screw part. The ultrasonic horn and the horn chip are connected by the connecting member so that the attachment surface of the ultrasonic horn and the attachment surface of the horn chip are pressed to each other.

  • Patent number: 8371724
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a small-sized stroboscopic light emitting device that controls disorder in light distribution (orientation) characteristic caused by a shape of the reflector, and achieves a homogeneous light quantity distribution. The stroboscopic light emitting device includes an illuminator 1, a reflector 2 for reflecting light from the reflector, and a lens 3 for allowing the light reflected by the reflector 2 to pass through and illuminate outwardly, and the lens 3 contains a filler 4 in the base material. A refractive index and a mean particle size of the filler are between or equal to 1.3 to 2.8 and between or equal to 0.1 ?m to 20 ?m, respectively, and the filler is contained in the base material at the rate between or equal to 0.1 parts by weight to 3.0 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the base material.

  • Patent number: 8104906
Abstract: An electronic flash apparatus includes a flash device, a light emitting device which is different from the flash device, and a concave reflector configured to reflect light beams from the flash device and the light emitting device. The concave reflector includes a flash-device reflecting surface configured to reflect the light beams from the flash device and a light-emitting-device reflecting surface configured to reflect the light beams from the light emitting device. The flash device is disposed inside the concave reflector, and the light emitting device is disposed outside the concave reflector. The light-emitting-device reflecting surface is disposed at a position where a light path of the light beams from the flash device does not exist. The apparatus further includes a light guiding member configured to guide the light beams from the light emitting device to the light-emitting-device reflecting surface positioned inside the concave reflector.
