  • Publication number: 20240120867
Abstract: A motor control method for transferring an object to be transferred by a moving object that moves by driving of a motor in a substrate processing apparatus, includes: a data acquisition process of acquiring, at different times, pieces of drive data which relate to the driving of the motor and vary with heat generation of the motor; and a transfer process of transferring the object to be transferred by controlling current to be supplied to the motor, based on each of the pieces of drive data, to compensate for displacement of the object to be transferred from a target transfer position due to the heat generation of the motor.

  • Patent number: 7107190
Abstract: A circuit designing apparatus comprising: unit for specifying the changed points of the circuit description automatically in predetermined unit, and classifying the plural test vectors into those related with the changed points and others not; wherein the second and subsequent logic verification processes are executed by using only the test vectors relating to the changed points. As a result, the time required for circuit design can be substantially curtailed.

  • Patent number: 6802958
Abstract: The invention pertains to a process for preparing spherical oxide particles comprising the steps of shaping a starting material comprising an oxide hydrate into particles of substantially constant length by leading the material to a set of two rolls rotating towards each other followed by leading the material to a roll equipped with grooves to form rod-type shapes, cutting the rod-type shapes into particles of substantially constant length, converting the thus formed particles into spheres, and heating the particles to convert the oxide hydrate into an oxide. The process results in particles in which there is substantially no difference in density between the core portion and the shell portion of the particles, which results in a high abrasion resistance. The particles prepared by the claimed process are particularly suitable for the preparation of hydroprocessing catalysts, more in particular for the preparation of hydroprocessing catalysts suitable for the hydroprocessing of heavy hydrocarbon feeds.

  • Publication number: 20030125920
Abstract: A computer implemented method for design verification using logical simulation of a circuit description having a plurality of hierarchies from top to bottom in accordance with abstraction of circuit components, which have an arithmetic and logic function, reads the circuit description and analyzes signal connection topologies between the hierarchies of the circuit description from top to bottom. The method stores the data of the signal connection topologies. The method reads properties of target modules implemented by the circuit components in the circuit description. The method extracts a property part having a signal communicating between the target modules. The method extracts an output operation property, defining output operation of an output side module, and an expecting operation property, defining an expecting operation of an input side module among the properties of the target modules. The method compares the output operation properties with the expecting operation properties.

  • Patent number: 5371683
Abstract: Disclosed is an LSI design support system for making a functional design of LSI using a graphic input method. This system comprises a state transition diagram preparation portion for preparing a state transition diagram, state transition table preparation portion for preparing a state transition table, and a state-operation circuit diagram preparation portion for preparing a state-operation circuit diagram. Data from these preparation portions are examined therebetween and the results are displayed at the same time on a picture plane so that a designer can efficiently make a design on circuit operation including its state transition. Also disclosed is another LSI design support system.
