  • Patent number: 8997641
Abstract: An automatic banding packing machine is provided with a packing machine body having an upper-face table on which the object to be packed passes, a pair of vertical band guide arches arranged separately from each other above the upper-face table in a direction parallel with a passage direction of the object to be packed, and a horizontal band guide arch arranged above the upper-face table in the direction parallel with the passage direction of the object to be packed, and the pair of vertical band guide arches is configured to be movable between a standby position separated from the horizontal band guide arch and a communication position communicating with the horizontal band guide arch in a direction orthogonal to the passage direction of the object to be packed.

  • Patent number: 6928787
Abstract: A banding packing machine capable of inexpensively detecting the end of a band reel, thereby contributing to a reduction in cost. In a banding packing machine having a back pool box in a packing machine body and serving to feed an unused band (B) stored in the back pool box and a band from a band reel, the rotating speed of a touch roller is detected when a required amount of band is being pulled out of the band reel wherein the band is not left in the band reel if the rotating speed is not changed but the rotation is carried out at an almost constant speed, and the tip portion of the band does not arrive at the predetermined position of a band guide arch. Then, the driving operation of a normal rotating roller is stopped based on the decision signal.

  • Publication number: 20040060267
Abstract: A banding packing machine capable of inexpensively detecting the end of a band reel, thereby contributing to a reduction in cost. In a banding packing machine having a back pool box in a packing machine body and serving to feed an unused band (B) stored in the back pool box and a band from a band reel, the rotating speed of a touch roller is detected when a further required amount of band is being pulled out of the band reel by band feeding means. It is decided that the band is not left in the band reel if the rotating speed is not changed but the rotation is carried out at an almost constant speed, and the tip portion of the band does not arrive at the predetermined position of a band guide arch. Then, the driving operation of a normal rotating roller is stopped based on the decision signal.

  • Patent number: 6568159
Abstract: With a conventional baling machine, for tying an article resting on a pallet with a band, the article resting on the pallet is required to be placed in a frame of an arch guide. To solve this problem, the present invention provides a baling machine including a main body having a band feeding mechanism, a band bonding mechanism, and a band cutting mechanism; a vertical table (3) to be aligned with an article resting on a pallet; a band guide (7) provided to be drawn out from under the vertical table (3) in a horizontal direction; a support mechanism for supporting the band guide (7) inside the main body allowing it to slide; and wheels (17) provided to the main body, wherein the band guide (7) slides above the ground contact face of the wheels (17).

  • Patent number: 5452427
Abstract: A first instruction bit string following a memory position indicated as a start point by a read pointer is previously read out from a plurality of memory cells to a plurality of bit lines, a second instruction bit string already transferred to an instruction decoder is temporarily stored in a latch circuit by an instruction length notification signal output from said instruction decoder, and a select circuit selects a next instruction bit string sequentially continuing from a next instruction, between the first and second instruction bit strings without requiring other bit lines or word lines. Therefore, a high speed instruction processing in the pipeline processing can be obtained with a minimum number of transistors and associated wiring required for memory cells in an instruction buffer memory. Large scale integration, small size, and a low cost can therefore be realized.
