  • Publication number: 20200198299
Abstract: A flame-retardant metal-resin composite material in which metal layers are respectively stacked on both surfaces of a core material layer containing a resin, wherein: the core material layer contains a metal hydroxide and a resin, the core material layer has a combustion calorific value of 2.0 MJ/kg or less, and the metal-resin composite material has a surface material peel strength of 2.4 N/mm or more. Preferably, the resin contained in the core material layer has a tensile strength of 30 MPa or more.

  • Patent number: 5436519
Abstract: A fan motor has a pair of ball bearings placed in the vicinity of each end of an inner side of a bearing race. A plurality of projections are sequentially placed circumferentially around a center portion of the bearing race to axially locate both the ball bearings. A plurality of low-profile projections are sequentially formed between neighboring projections on the inner side surface of the bearing race and are axially elongated from one installing position to that of another installing position of respective ball bearings. The ball bearings are supported by the inner side of each low-profile projection respectively at one end portion and the other end portion of the low profile-projections.

  • Patent number: 5343104
Abstract: A fan motor having a structure which allows a stopper to keep contact with a thrust plate on a circular contact area only, by inserting a shaft through a sleeve bearing, and by attaching the stopper, against the thrust plate, onto the end portion of the shaft. This assures uniform sliding of the thrust plate against the sleeve bearing without partial contact, even if the stopper is attached in a slight inclination with respect to the thrust plate. Localized wear of the thrust plate and rubbing mechanical noise are thus prevented.

  • Patent number: 4793141
Abstract: In order to recover the heat of the waste gas from a gas turbine, a waste heat recovery boiler is provided, which has a high-pressure steam generating portion consisting of an economizer, a high-pressure steam generator and a superheater, and a low-pressure steam generating portion consisting of an economizer, and a low-pressure steam generator. The steam from the high-pressure generating portion is supplied to the turbine through a high-pressure steam pipe, and the steam from the low-pressure steam generating portion to the same through a low-pressure steam pipe. The high-pressure gland sealing steam is supplied to a high-pressure side steam gland portion the steam turbine through a high-pressure steam extracton pipe branching from the high-pressure steam pipe, a steam pressure regulator adapted to regulate the steam pressure and introduce the excess steam to a condenser, and a high-pressure gland sealing steam pipe.

  • Patent number: 4693213
Abstract: A waste heat recovery boiler for a turbine including two denitrating devices disposed in the boiler to reduce the NOx concentration in an exhaust gas below a pre-determined value even when a turbine load changes. The overall denitration efficiency distribution of the boiler with respect to the turbine load can be set arbitrarily by selecting suitable positions of the denitrating devices and the amounts of a catalyst, and any adverse effects resulting from the change of the turbine load can be avoided.
