  • Patent number: 8981610
Abstract: The invention concerns a rotor (1) for an electric drive motor of a refrigerant compressor with a cylinder ring (2), several permanent magnets (14) resting on the radial inside of the cylinder ring (2), each permanent magnet (14) forming a ring section, and fixing elements (15) between the permanent magnets (14), said fixing elements (15) engaging a fixing geometry (4, 16) of the cylinder ring (2). It is endeavoured to simplify the manufacturing of such a rotor. For this purpose, the cylinder ring (2) is located in a carrier (5), which comprises a bottom (6) and a circumferential wall (7), the permanent magnets (14, 14a, 14b) resting on the bottom (6), and each fixing element (15, 15a, 15b) comprising at least one projection (17, 18), which covers a side (24) of the permanent magnet (14, 14a, 14b) facing away from the bottom (6).

  • Patent number: 8678794
Abstract: The invention concerns a refrigerant compressor arrangement (1) with a housing (2, 3) comprising a suction opening (5), a compressor (15), which is arranged in the housing (2, 3), and is connected to the suction opening (5), and a suction connection (20) that is fixed at the housing (2, 3), and comprises a housing section (21) and a tube section (22), the housing section (21) being connected to the suction opening (5) and the diameter of the tube section (22) being different from the diameter of the housing section (21). With such a refrigerant compressor arrangement, it is endeavoured to keep the dimensions small. For this purpose, in the longitudinal direction of the suction connection (20) the housing section (21) and the tube section (22) overlap each other and are connected to each other by a corrugated area (23) with at least one radial corrugation.

  • Patent number: 8356549
Abstract: The invention concerns a method of mounting a cylinder arrangement of a hermetically enclosed refrigerant compressor arrangement in a carrier arrangement (14, 15), in which the cylinder arrangement is inserted in the carrier arrangement (14, 15), aligned in relation to a crank shaft (5) and connected to the carrier arrangement (14, 15). It is endeavored to ensure a good efficiency of the refrigerant compressor arrangement. For this purpose the carrier arrangement is deformed, before inserting the cylinder arrangement, by means of a calibration cylinder (40), until the calibration cylinder (40) has a predetermined alignment, after which the calibration cylinder (40) is removed and replaced by the cylinder arrangement in the carrier arrangement (14, 15).

  • Publication number: 20080000318
Abstract: The invention concerns a compressor crankshaft, particularly a refrigerant compressor crankshaft (1) and a method for manufacturing such a crankshaft, with a shaft element (2), a crank pin (9) located eccentrically to the shaft element and a transition element (7) between the shaft element (2) and the crank pin (9). The purpose of the invention is to keep the manufacturing costs low. For this purpose, it is ensured that along its circumference the transition element (7) has at least one first reference point (20) and one second reference point (21a, 21b), with which the transition element (7) can be positioned in a holding fixture (25) of a working machine.
