    Abstract: Reporting information included in data records generated for network traffic activities of a plurality of mobile devices is described. A data record includes a traffic type of a traffic activity of a mobile device, a timestamp of the traffic activity, and an identifier of the mobile device. A method is provided that includes receiving a monitoring request specifying a monitoring type, and calculating from the data records a number of mobile devices having, within a given monitoring period, traffic activities that fulfil the following conditions: i) a traffic type of the traffic activity matches the monitoring type; ii) a timestamp of the traffic activity falls within the monitoring period; and iii) traffic activities associated with the same identifier and the same traffic activity are considered only once per monitoring period. The method further comprises returning, a monitoring report that is based on the calculated number of mobile devices.

The destination node may execute a machine learning process that is operable to use the respective data sets to produce a model.

Based on characteristics of the transients, a reliability of the data center is subjected to automated updating. A request for migration of workload requiring a higher reliability than the updated reliability can be sent to a central management. When the central management has identified another data center that can meet the required reliability, the central management migrates or relocates the workload to the another data center.

The traffic control entity (100) then issues a command (106) instructing the identified vehicles to adjust their lateral positions relative the lanes to create a passage along the group of vehicles (104). Thereby, the emergency vehicle (102) is able to move through the passage without having to slow down significantly.

A first device initially operates as an active master with responsibility to execute the device-operated function by automatically performing one or more operation tasks according to certain operational parameters and gaining knowledge when performing the operation tasks. Meanwhile, a second device is acting as a passive standby device. When the first device cannot or should not operate as the active master anymore, e.g. due to low battery, the responsibility is transferred to the second device by transferring the operational parameters and the knowledge from the first device to the second device.
