  • Patent number: 11271570
Abstract: The system comprising a slave module and a master module. The master module comprises a master control module (CONTRM). The slave module comprises a determination module (DETER). The determination module (DETER) is configured to determine a value of a physical quantity of the slave module. The determination module (DETER) is configured to receive, from the master control module (CONTRM), a command to start counting and a command to end counting. The determination module (DETER) is configured to determine a number of oscillations, between reception of the command to start counting and reception of the command to end counting, of an oscillating signal of which a frequency depends on the value of the physical quantity.

  • Patent number: 11211932
Abstract: A device includes an AND logic gate and a D latch. The AND logic gate includes a first input configured to be coupled to a third-party device to receive a selection signal, a second input configured to be coupled to the third-party device to receive a status signal, and an output configured to transmit an output signal when the selection signal and the status signal are received. The D latch is capable of storing datum. The D latch includes an activation input coupled to the output of the AND logic gate and a data input configured to be coupled to the third-party device to receive a data signal that is representative of the datum. The D latch is configured to store the datum in response to the output signal.

  • Patent number: 10492999
Abstract: The present invention includes an indwelling tube having a plurality of projections extending outwardly from an exterior surface of the tube and a retention member designed to receive the tube. The retention member includes a projection passage to enable the retention member to receive and pass projections through the passage when the projection and passage are aligned so that the retention member can slide axially along the tube. When the projections and passage are out of alignment, the retention member can be secured between two projections. The present invention enables accurate placement of the retention member along the tube to aid in securing the tube at a desired depth in a patient's body. In a certain embodiment, the retention member may include a locking passage to receive and temporarily secure a projection to the retention member.
