The system includes a lock for locking the lever in the active blocking position. The lock includes an axle that is rotatable relative to one of the lever and the base between an unlocked position and a locked position. The axle is provided with an indexing element provided to engage with a complementary portion of the other of the lever and the base in the locked position of the axle.
