When there is a hold on the account, informing the user of the hold, and enabling the user to respond to a transaction that caused the hold. The method, in one embodiment further comprising prompting the user to enter a biometric authentication, in conjunction with the response, and processing the unblock request in real-time upon receiving and validating the biometric authentication.
