    Abstract: A system includes a computing device comprising a memory storing instructions configured to cause a processor to receive: purchase data associated with products purchased by a user, online activity data performed by the user and other users and associated with information pertaining to the products, and vendor information comprising retail sales data, after-market sales data, and product availability associated with the products. The processor determines one or more values of the products based on the purchase data, the online activity data, and the vendor information and whether the purchased products correspond to specialty products based on the purchase data, the online activity data, and the values of the products. The processor may then send a notification to the user comprising an offer for insurance for the products in response to determining the products correspond to specialty products.

The second inspection is performed to verify that recommended preventive measures have been taken. The first and second sets of imagery data may contain satellite and aerial imagery. The imagery data sources may provide information such as an image of an insured property's roof, an image of a terrain surrounding the insured property, or any other aerial images.

The controller recommends the recommended devices by displaying the recommended devices on the display of the computing device. In this manner, the disclosed systems and methods may recommend devices to connect at the building, making the devices and/or appliances of the building operate more efficiently and/or adding security to the building.

Second sensor data of the second property is used to determine that at least one of the identified operational changes has been implemented. Provision of a discount, a rebate, a monetary transfer, or any combination thereof is provided based upon the implementation.
