  • Patent number: 10158634
Abstract: An augmented reality user device includes a display, a physical identification verification engine, a gesture confirmation engine, and in interface. The display overlays a virtual file document onto a tangible object. The physical identification verification engine receives biometric data for a witness and confirms the witness's identity. The display displays a gesture motion from the signor. The gesture capture engine captures a gesture motion from the witness. The gesture capture engine generates a witness digital signature based on the captured gesture motion from the witness. The gesture capture engine generates a witness transfer token, the witness transfer token comprising the witness digital signature based on the captured gesture from the witness and the witness identity confirmation token. The interface communicates the witness transfer token to a server.

  • Patent number: 10158629
Abstract: A computing platform may receive, from a client portal server, a request to authenticate a user to a user account associated with a client portal provided by the client portal server, as well as device selection input selecting a first registered device and a second registered device to receive one-time passcodes. The computing platform may generate a first one-time passcode for the first registered device and a second one-time passcode for the second registered device, and may send the first one-time passcode to the first registered device and the second one-time passcode to the second registered device. The computing platform may receive and validate one-time passcode input. Based on validating the one-time passcode input, the computing platform may generate a validation message directing the client portal server to provide the user with access to the user account, and may send the validation message to the client portal server.

  • Patent number: 10158628
Abstract: A computing platform may receive, from a client server, a request to authenticate a user to a user account, as well as device selection input selecting a registered device to receive a one-time passcode. The computing platform may evaluate the device selection input based on contextual login information associated with the user account, determine that the registered device selected to receive the one-time passcode is out of context, and execute a security procedure. Based on validating a response to the security procedure, the computing platform may generate a one-time passcode and may send the one-time passcode to the registered device selected to receive the one-time passcode. Thereafter, the computing platform may receive one-time passcode input, validate the one-time passcode input, generate a validation message directing the client server to provide the user with access to the user account, and send the validation message to the client server.

  • Patent number: 10148646
Abstract: A computing platform may receive, from a social messaging server, a request to authenticate a user to a user account associated with a client portal. In response to receiving the request, the computing platform may send, to the social messaging server, an authentication token request message. Thereafter, the computing platform may receive, from the social messaging server, an authentication token. The computing platform may validate the authentication token received from the social messaging server. Based on validating the authentication token received from the social messaging server, the computing platform may generate a validation message directing a client support server to provide the user with access to the user account. Subsequently, the computing platform may send the validation message to the client support server, which may cause the client support server to initiate a client support session with the user via the social messaging service provided by the social messaging server.

  • Patent number: 10149160
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to recognizing and authenticating mobile devices based on unique cross-channel bindings. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive, from a telephone agent support computer system, call information associated with a telephone call. Subsequently, the computing platform may identify a source device that placed the telephone call, based on binding information maintained by the computing platform for the source device. Based on identifying the source device that placed the telephone call, the computing platform may load user information associated with a user account linked to the source device. Next, the computing platform may set one or more authentication flags for the user account based on the binding information. Then, the computing platform may send, to the telephone agent support computer system, the user information and authentication information based on the one or more authentication flags set for the user account linked to the source device.

  • Publication number: 20180262489
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for providing real-time multi-faceted authentication of a user before or during the user's interaction with a channel. The system uses authentication devices to acquire large amounts of authentication level information data, then makes a determination that at least a portion of the acquired authentication level information data cannot be efficiently processed by a conventional computer apparatus due to the complexity of a required analysis process and/or the quantity of data that must be processed. The system then formats and transmits this authentication data to a special quantum optimizer that is configured to perform the complex analysis and/or process extremely large volumes of data substantially in real-time. The quantum optimizer performs the analysis and returns a confirmed identity of the user that is then used by the conventional computer apparatus to authenticate the user for the interaction with the channel.

  • Publication number: 20180150982
Abstract: A virtual reality system including a virtual reality user device with a display that presents a virtual reality environment to a user, an electronic transfer engine, and a virtual overlay engine. The electronic transfer engine identifies a user token for a user and sends the user token to a remote server. The user token requests virtual data with a document and a status tag for the document identifying the current status of the document for the user. The virtual overlay engine presents the document in the virtual reality environment and overlays the status tag onto the document in the virtual reality environment. The virtual reality system also includes a remote server with a transfer management engine that receives the user token and sends the virtual data to the virtual reality user device based on the user token.

  • Publication number: 20180150810
Abstract: An augmented reality system that includes an augmented reality user device for a user that includes a display that overlays virtual objects onto tangible objects in real-time and a camera that captures images of a document. The augmented reality user device further includes one or more processors implementing an optical character recognition (OCR) engine, an electronic transfer engine, and a virtual overlay engine. The OCR engine obtains text information from the image of the document. The electronic transfer engine generates a document token that includes the text information from the document and a user identifier that identifies a user, sends the document token to a remote server, and receives virtual overlay data from the server. The virtual overlay data includes a status tag that indicates the current status of the document. The virtual overlay engine presents the status tag as a virtual object overlaid onto the document.

  • Patent number: 9965606
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for providing user authentication based on historical user patterns. Embodiments of the present invention may be configured to communicate code executable by a computing device that causes the computing device to monitor user patterns of a user based on the user interacting with the computing device; receive baseline user patterns to identify the user; identify, from the baseline user patterns, one or more routine actions performed by the user operating the computing device; receive a request to perform a transaction, wherein the transaction is associated with a level of security that must be authenticated; receive identification user patterns of the user based on the user interacting with the computing device; determine a threshold score based on comparing the identification user patterns with the baseline user patterns; and alter the level of security.

  • Patent number: 9965523
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a tiered identification federated authentication network system. Embodiments compile one or more authentication credentials required for access to each of a plurality of applications to generate an authentication set for each application. The system may aggregate the plurality of authentication sets to form a tiered federated authentication module having multiple rankings, wherein each rank is associated with an authentication set; wherein a higher ranked authentication set corresponds to more stringent authentication credentials and a lower ranked authentication set corresponds to less stringent authentication credentials. The system may receive a request from a user for access to a current application, determine if the user has previously authenticated to a higher ranked application and, if so, enable access to the current application, without requiring the user to authenticate again.
