  • Publication number: 20240141060
Abstract: The invention generally relates to dosage regimes of anti-Cluster of Differentiation 73 (CD73) antibodies and/or anti-ectoenzyme ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 2 (ENTPD2) antibodies, used in methods of treatment of cancer in a subject, as well as dosage regimes of anti-CD73 antibodies for use in treating cancer. The invention further generally relates to dosage regimes of combinations of agents, such as combinations comprising anti-CD73 antibodies and/or anti-ENTPD2 antibodies and at least one or more of a PD-1 inhibitor, and an adenosine A2AR antagonist.

  • Patent number: 11011058
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for providing available parking spaces is provided. Parking spaces, each associated with a hold time, are monitored. A request for parking is received from a user. Available parking spaces near the destination are identified, and a location of the user is determined. At least two different routes from the user's location to one of the available parking spaces are identified. An arrival time of the user for each route is calculated. The route with the fastest arrival time is selected for that available parking space. Those parking spaces for which the user's arrival time is less than the hold time are selected as possible parking spaces. A number of the possible parking spaces is reduced by removing those available parking spaces that fail to satisfy one or more parking preferences of the user. The remaining available parking spaces are sent to the user for selection.

  • Patent number: 10055990
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for providing available parking spaces is provided. Parking spaces are each associated with a hold time during which that parking space is held for a reserved vehicle. Shorter hold times are assigned to parking spaces associated with desirable parking variables and longer hold times are assigned to parking spaces with less desirable parking variables. A request for parking is received from a user. The hold time for each available parking space is applied to an arrival time of the user. One of the available parking spaces with the hold time greater than the user arrival time is identified. Prior to departure of the user from the available parking space, a time delay is introduced during which the available parking space occupied by the user is made available to drivers that physically approach the space upon departure of the user, and is not available for reservation.

  • Patent number: 9819629
Abstract: The invention provides a system and method for analyzing a collection of communication messages. The communication messages may be any one of a collection of electronic mail messages, voicemail messages, instant messaging dialogs and other forms of communications. The collections of communications, such as electronic mail messages, may be selected by a user and then subsequently processed to determine the identity of any of the user's contacts within the communications. The contacts may then be arranged in a relative priority arrangement whereby contacts which have been identified as engaging in prior reciprocal communications with the user are given higher priority. Higher priority may also be given to contacts which engage in more recent communications with the user. Specific contact relationships may be inferred from the communications depending on whether specific contacts are repeatedly mentioned within the communication messages.

  • Patent number: 9690831
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for visual search construction, document triage, and coverage tracking is provided. One or more search topics are received from a user. The search topics are positioned along a graph to generate a query. A search for resulting topics that are related to one or more of the search topics is conducted using the query. The topic results are displayed in the graph in relation to the placed search topics of the query.

  • Patent number: 9685085
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for providing available parking spaces en route is provided. Each of a plurality of parking spaces are associated with a hold time during which other vehicles are prevented from parking within that parking space while available and prior to commencement of a reservation. A request for an available parking space is received from a user. One or more of the parking spaces are identified as available. A duration of time for arrival by the user to each of the available parking spaces is determined. The hold time for each available parking space is applied to the arrival time duration for that available parking space. At least one of the available parking spaces for which the user's arrival time duration is less than the hold time is selected and provided to the user.

  • Publication number: 20160117403
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for filtering an information space is provided. A collection of entities is accessed. Each entity is associated with one or more attributes defining characteristics of that entity. Multiple displays of the entity collection are generated and each display is based on a different attribute of the entity collection. A status is assigned to one or more entities in the collection and each status reflects progress of a user with respect to that entity. A visualization is assigned to each different assigned status and is reflected on each attribute display.

  • Patent number: 9229991
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for exploring and filtering an information space based on attributes via an interactive display is provided. Entities related to an information space are retrieved. Attributes associated with the entities are identified. The entities are displayed as a list. A status representation of the entities and at least one attribute graph based on one of the attributes from the entity list are presented. A status of a user with respect to one or more of the entities is tracked. The status for the one or more entities is received from the user. The user status is applied to the status representation and the attribute graph.

  • Patent number: 9213957
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for system and method for providing just-in-time loading zone parking is provided. A next delivery destination for a delivery driver is determined. A just-in-time parking reservation at the next delivery destination is booked. The just-in-time parking reservation includes a parking location and start time. A time of arrival by the delivery driver at the parking location is estimated. An amount of time between the estimated time of arrival and the start time of the just-in-time parking reservation is determined. Parking in the parking location by other drivers is permitted when the estimated time of departure is sufficiently prior to the start time of the just-in-time parking reservation.
