  • Publication number: 20210152071
Abstract: A superconducting brushless communtatorless DC electrical motor and generator includes a machine housing, a first stationary member, a first rotating member, a second stationary member, a second rotating member, a shaft, a power transfer device and a cooling assembly. The superconducting brushless communtatorless DC electrical motor and generator produces a magnetic field where at least one coil side produces main driving torque and the remaining coil sides produce torque that cancels torque produced by the remaining coil sides in a direction opposite the main driving torque. This prevents the remainder of the coil sides to produce torque in the direction opposite the main driving torque and producing continue rotation.

  • Publication number: 20210050605
Abstract: An electrolyteless fuel cell system includes an anode; a cathode; an electrical grid between the anode and cathode; an anode side grid bias electrode; a cathode side grid bias electrode; and an electrical grid power supply, wherein the electrical grid is biased negative with respect to the anode through the anode side grid bias electrode and the electrical grid power supply, or wherein the electrical grid is biased positive with respect to the cathode through the cathode side grid bias electrode and the electrical grid power supply. In electrolyteless electrolyzer mode steam is introduced to the cathode, wherein the electrical grid is biased positive with respect to the cathode through the cathode side grid bias electrode and the electrical grid power supply.

  • Publication number: 20020099910
Abstract: A cacheless computer system comprising a central processing unit (CPU) and a high speed transition buffer interacting with different computer system resources such as address controller, main semiconductor memory and input output devices by means of plurality of system buses. The transition buffer contains starting memory locations of each jump or branch location of the program. When a branch or jump instruction is encountered by the CPU, it fetches the starting locations from the high speed transition buffer executing at CPU speed. When multiple instructions are executed from the transition buffer, enough time is available to the address controller to access the remainder of the branch or jump program located on the slower, low power, low cost DRAM type memory. The program then continues to be executed from the parallel blocks of memory pre-fetched and available on parallel memory blocks without access time requirements until the program is completed or a next jump or branch instruction is encountered.

  • Patent number: 5065081
Abstract: A zero error digital servo system where positioning is achieved by minimizing the positioning error value to zero. Stable logic states of sensors is used to achieve positioning instead of zero crossing of the error signal value. The magnitude of positioning error is reduced to a zero value by unique design of the digital encoder and positioning of the sensors. Stable logic states of the sensors indicates true position of the encoder with reference to the encoder sensors. Any deviation of the encoder from the true position is immediately detected by change in the logic states of the sensors. The technique can be used for both rotary as well as linear encoders.

  • Patent number: 5059876
Abstract: A brushless rotating electrical machine based on a novel rotatable transformer. The motor can operate on both AC or DC. The rotatable transformer, termed brushless power unit, transfers power to the rotating armature without any physical contact and the operation of the brushless power unit is independent of speed of armature. A sensor on the armature detects the position of the armature coils in relation to magnetic neutral axis and switches semiconductor switching devices located on the armature to reverse the direction of current in the armature coils to commutate the current and produce a continuous torque. The electronic commutation is also applied to polyphase AC machines to obtain brushless operation. DC excitation system for synchronous machines can obtain brushless operation using the brushless power unit.
