    Abstract: The various embodiments herein disclose a handheld umbrella stand with modular features comprising a collector chamber, an umbrella holder and a plurality of legs. The collector chamber comprising a drain water inlet hole at a top surface. The collector chamber comprises a drain cap at its lower surface. The umbrella holder is present at a top surface beside the drain water inlet hole. The umbrella holder has a plurality of gripping elements. The plurality of legs are embedded in the collector chamber through a single end hinge. The plurality of legs are angularly protruded to create standing structure. The umbrella holder holds an umbrella through its tip being inserted within a periphery of the gripping elements. The droplets of water from the umbrella is down-poured to the collector chamber through the inlet hole and is drained by opening the drain cap.

    Abstract: The embodiments herein disclose a personal portable exercising device for upper as well as lower body part exercises comprising a base board, a plurality of stretchable chords, a holding strip and a secondary base. The base board comprises a primary set of holes and a secondary set of holes. The base board further comprises a set of casing for placing a user's feet. The plurality of stretchable chords is attached to the secondary set of holes. The holding strip is attached to the primary set of holes. The secondary base is attached to the stretchable chords. At-least one shoe is connected to the secondary base further connected to the base board through the stretchable chords. The base board is held firmly against a stable and heavy object through the holding strip. The user place at-least one foot or hand into the shoe attached to the secondary base for exercising.
