  • Patent number: 10467720
Abstract: Techniques related to concurrent presentation of retail facility maps are disclosed. The techniques involve acquiring tracking data relating to a location of a mobile device in a retail facility and acquiring, using for a search engine module, map data relating to a layout of the retail facility. A first map based on the map data is presented on a display of the mobile device. The first map comprises an entirety of the layout. A second map based on the map data and tracking data is concurrently presented on the display of the mobile device. The second map comprises a zoomed-in portion of the layout that is proximate to the location of the mobile device.

  • Patent number: 10445690
Abstract: Techniques related to presentation of re-stocking maps are disclosed. The techniques involve accessing using a search engine module, from at least one database, map data relating to a layout of a retail facility, product data identifying products for sale at the retail facility, location data defining a location of products for sale at the retail facility, and inventory data providing an inventory level of the products for sale at the retail facility. A processor makes a determination about which products require re-stocking based on the inventory level. A map of the layout of the retail facility is then generated for presentation on a display of a computing device. The map indicates the location of the products requiring re-stocking with respect to the layout.

  • Patent number: 10395296
Abstract: Techniques related to presentation of consumer-specific maps are disclosed. The techniques involve accessing, with a search engine module, from at least one database, map data defining a layout of a retail facility, product data identifying products for sale at the retail facility, location data defining a location of the products, purchase data relating to products previously purchased by a specific consumer, and promotion data identifying promotions available for the products. A processor analyzes the data and correlates promotions with the products previously purchased by the specific consumer. The processor generates a map of the layout of the retail facility that is presentable on a display of a computing device. The map indicates with respect to the layout the location of the products previously purchased by the specific consumer and the promotions correlated with the products previously purchased by the specific consumer.

  • Patent number: 10134074
Abstract: A system and method includes receiving a search query for a product to be located in a retail store, obtaining a store map, the store map being indicative of a layout of the retail store, providing one or more search results as a list to the mobile device, each of the one or more search results being associated with a physical location of the product in the retail store, present the store map overlaid with an icon on a graphical display of the mobile device, and changing a location on the store map of the icon to another icon as the customer scrolls the search results displayed on the mobile device, updating the store map by panning/zooming to the changed location on the store map, and providing the changed location of the icon to the physical location on the store map of the currently scrolled to, top-most, product to the mobile device for display.

  • Patent number: 10102564
Abstract: A system and method includes selecting a product to be located in a retail store, obtaining a store map, the store map being indicative of a layout of the retail store, and presenting the store map overlaid with an icon and an initial navigation path on a graphical display of the mobile device, wherein the store map represents the retail store and the icon and the initial navigation path are positioned overlaid on the map to designate a physical location of the product, and suggesting at least one product on-route of the initial navigation path, adjusting the initial navigation path to include the at least one suggested product, and presenting the initial navigation path and the adjusted navigation path positioned overlaid on the store map to the mobile device for display.
