    Abstract: A locking member including a sleeve and a U-shaped plate. The sleeve has an axial hole at one end thereof and its outer surface is provided with an annular groove having a pair of holes arranged face-to-face with each other. The U-shaped plate has clamp portions having protrusions which penetrate through the holes in the groove of the sleeve to project within the axial hole of the sleeve for temporarily clamping a rod object inserted into the sleeve.
