Abstract: This invention relates to a device for the diagnostic evaluation of clinical parameters by direct collection of biological materials consisting of a solid support, of suited materials, shape and size, carrying fixed on its surface a pre-established quantity of an antibody, in the case that the substance to be assessed is an antigen, and of an antigen in the case that the substance to be determined is an antibody, as well as the related diagnostic method.The biological material, collected as above specified, is subsequently qualitatively or quantitatively analyzed by conventional techniques.

Abstract: Dietetic formulations for oral use are described, made up of compact pellets of mixtures of .alpha.-amino acids, possibly coated by a waterproof protective film, which may be disgregated in the gastrointestinal juices. The process for obtaining regular granules includes the coordinated extrusion and cutting of the powdery or pasty amino acid mixtures with the subsequent possible desiccation and coating by immersion in solutions of zein.
