Abstract: One aspect of the present invention includes a first component that includes a solid body including a first and second aperture, a lip, and a groove. Also included is a second component that also includes an aperture corresponding to the first aperture of the first component. The second component is preferably operatively connected to and slidingly engageable with the first component. Finally, a third component is also included having a first end movably connected to the first component and a second free end operable to be engaged with the second aperture formed in the first component. When the free end of the third component is positioned within the second aperture of the first component, and when the second component is engaged with the lip and the groove of the first component, a flange of the second component prevents the free end of the third component from being removed from the second aperture of the first component.
