  • Patent number: 8777183
Abstract: A device for connecting gas equipment to a valve of a gas cartridge, having a tap body fixed to the gas equipment, an axial coupling ring fixed to the body of the tap and having at least one elastic lug which can engage radially in a groove of a valve of the cartridge, a rotary locking ring which can occupy a locking position in which the rotary ring keeps each lug engaged in the groove and a release position in which the rotary ring allows each elastic lug to be disengaged from the groove, and a cylinder having a tube which can override the shut-off device of the valve, wherein the rotary locking ring has radial coupling means which can interact with complementary radial coupling means provided on the gas cartridge valve, so that the device can be moved from a locking position to a release position by the rotation of the cartridge.

  • Publication number: 20090212058
Abstract: A cartridge for pressurized fluid. The cartridge includes a body having a cylindrical portion and a bottom having a concavity oriented toward the inside of the body. The connection between the bottom and the body is made by an annular seam. The particular structure of the connection zone provides a reduction in the diameter of the body for connection to a bottom of lesser diameter without creating zones of concentration of stresses. Another arrangement of the cartridge provides for the bottom to have a cylindrical portion that bears against the cylindrical end portion of the body, which makes it possible to create a rigid zone.

  • Publication number: 20020020404
Abstract: The present invention discloses a charcoal grill having a frame defining a fire chamber intended to receive the charcoal and a cooking gridiron mounted on the frame and extending at least partially above the fire chamber. An additional compartment is positioned vertically in the vicinity of the cooking gridiron and has a lower end designed to open into the fire chamber and interacting with a mobile sealing means, and an upper filling end for resupplying said additional compartment with charcoal.

  • Patent number: 6202982
Abstract: Members for pushing the tabs of an annular part include radial studs forming cams, there being as many of these as there are catching tabs, the cams having the same distribution as the tabs into the gaps between which they are inserted in the unlocked position, each tab being equipped with a cylindrical or cam-shaped internal bearing surface capable of bearing on one of the studs in order, by reaction, to push its external catching tooth radially outward, the annular part being connected to a turning member which has a restricted angular travel between two positions, namely an unlocked and identified rotational position of the annular part, in which position the tabs are free to flex, and a locked rotational position of the annular part, in which position the tabs are locked and pushed back by their respective studs, and locked under the rolled rim.

  • Patent number: 6042368
Abstract: An appliance for burning a combustible gas, for example a liquefied petroleum gas. The appliance includes a relatively massive metal body forming a heat sink, in which there is formed a passage for flow of the combustible gas from a feed inlet to a discharge outlet. A control member controls the flow rate of the combustible gas. A mixing member for mixes primary air in with a stream of the combustible gas in a gaseous phase in order to obtained a mixture that can be burned. A burner burns the mixture to be burned, and is in thermal connection with the metal body. The control member includes a pressure reducer, at least partially incorporated into the metal body. The pressure reducer includes a chamber into which the combustible gas is admitted in a liquid phase at high pressure, and a chamber from which the gas is discharged at low pressure, at least partially in the gaseous phase. The chambers are formed in the metal body.
