Abstract: A corner light assembly for an emergency vehicle. The light assembly comprises a first side crown section configured to extend laterally along at least a portion of a first side of a body of the emergency vehicle, a second side crown section configured to extend laterally along at least a portion of a second side of the body of the emergency vehicle, and a central crown section positioned between the first and second crown sections. The light assembly additionally comprises at least one light element including a light source, secured to an exterior surface of one of the first side, second side, or central crown sections, as well as a securing material for securing the light element to the first side, second side, or central crown sections, with the securing material configured to secure the light element to sections without puncturing the body of the emergency vehicle.

Abstract: The embodiments herein provide a device for dispensing pills. The device comprises several dispensing chambers molded into the bottle rim, or fastened inside or outside the bottle. The chamber includes many radial projections defining discrete pill holding areas. The device comprises a dispensing cap secured and rotated uni-directionally or bi-directionally to the chambers, having a base, provided with a window. The cap comprises uneven surfaces on the holding surface to allow the pills in the chambers to oscillate up and down thereby causing a mixing action. The cap is mounted outside the bottle. The device further comprises a rotating central hub formed on an inner side of the base for delimiting an inner boundary of the pill holding areas. The cap is rotated to align the window with the pill holding areas to dispense a pill when the bottle is inverted or angled upside-down.

The corner assembly additionally comprises first and second flange sections extending generally laterally from the central section, with the first flange section extending generally parallel with the first lip section and the second flange section extending generally parallel with the second lip section. The first flange section is separated from the first lip section so as to present a first receiving channel and the second flange section is separated from the second lip section so as to present a second receiving channel. The corner assembly further comprises an elongated cap section operable to be securely positioned over the elongated main portion.

Abstract: A modular video assembly is mounted on an exterior surface of a vehicle and includes an elongated housing and a camera. The housing presents spaced apart housing ends and a chamber between the housing ends. The camera is removably mounted at least partly within the chamber. The housing presents an inboard mounting surface that extends longitudinally between the housing ends, with the mounting surface operable to be opposed to the exterior surface when the assembly is mounted to the vehicle. The housing presents an outboard exposed surface that extends longitudinally to at least partly cover the chamber and is located outboard of the mounting surface. At least part of the exposed surface projects outboard of the camera to protect the camera when the assembly is mounted to the vehicle.

Abstract: A removable safety belt harness assembly is operable to removably secure an object at a station to restrict egress. The assembly includes flexible safety belts and a belt positioning frame. The frame includes a pair of frame connectors that are each attached to a restraining section of a corresponding belt. The frame restricts relative movement between the safety belts.

Abstract: A traffic advisor for an emergency vehicle. The traffic advisor includes a base capable of being attached to a roof of an emergency vehicle. The traffic advisor additionally includes a display member coupled to the base and shiftable relative to the base between a stowed position and a deployed position. The display member is further configured to display one or more advisory messages. The traffic advisor may also include an actuation system for shifting the display member between the stowed position and the deployed position. As such, in the deployed position, the traffic advisor is operable to display advisory messages that are clearly viewable from a position rearward of the emergency vehicle.

Abstract: A door system for a service vehicle. The door system comprises a door frame that includes a plurality of elongated frame members, an interior panel coupled to the door frame, and a plurality of connectors for coupling the interior panel to the door frame. Additionally, each of the frame members comprises an attachment flange having a longitudinal groove and a series of longitudinally spaced insert openings. The insert openings extend entirely through the attachment flange and open into the longitudinal groove. As such, the connectors extend through the insert openings to secure the interior panel to the door frame.

Abstract: Pump system for pumping a fluid product including slurry, sludge or solid laden fluids. It includes a pump body for receiving the fluid product with a product inlet and a product outlet with respective one-way check valves; a liquid inlet for communicating a liquid source with the pump body; a vacuum inlet for communicating a vacuum source with the pump body; a product detector for detecting at least one parameter of the fluid product inside the pump body; and a control system for controlling operation of the liquid source, the vacuum source and the product detector. The product detector includes a radio frequency level detector for detecting a level of the fluid product inside the pump body by emitting radio frequency signals that are received by the control system.

The method comprises connecting a mobile computing device to a central control unit through a wireless network, inputting a command on the mobile computing device, transmitting the command to the central control unit through the network, and performing the one or more functions of the emergency vehicle. Also provided is a computer program and a system for enabling a plurality of mobile computing devices to connect to at least one emergency vehicle, wherein an administrator may, among other things, control user access levels and vehicle functionality.

The processor is further configured to throttle bandwidth according to instructions received via said WAN from a web page and is further configured to send messages to a particular MAC address according to the association of geographic locations with the MAC addresses; and is configured to log acknowledgements. The acknowledgements are stored in a second memory, and are associated in the second memory with a MAC address.
