The organizing device further includes small rubberized twist ties, threaded through the body piece, which can be used for hanging or securing small items from or securing items to the device.

Abstract: A collapsible utility tray device with a flexible mounting feature. The device includes a main tray portion for holding various items as desired by a user. A combined back/top piece is hinged to the main tray portion, such that the back/top can be folded closed to serve as a lid for the tray, or can be folded open to serve as a back structure for mounting the device and holding the tray portion horizontal. The back/top piece is fitted with a large rubberized twist tie for flexibly attaching the device to an object. The large rubberized twist tie can also be used to keep the device closed when the back/top piece is folded down. The device further includes smaller rubberized twist ties which can be used for hanging other small items from the tray or securing items to the tray. A small light can also be included in the device.

The cable organizing device includes a plurality of loop hooks on each side, spaced apart such that individual cables can be wrapped around and between the loop hooks in a variety of ways. The device is designed to be easy and inexpensive to manufacture, yet sturdy and versatile in use. The cable organizing device can handle any type of wire or cable material, and the cables can be connected at both ends before being wrapped onto the cable organizing device. A mounting aid is included with the cable organizing device, thus making it easy for a person to install.

Various embodiments of the end cap component are discloses to provide means for releasably securing the flexible wire tie to a base or support structure.

Abstract: A disk assembly for use with floor grinding and/or polishing machines. The disk assembly includes multiple cutting heads attached to a flexible rubber disk, and a layer of hook and loop type fastener material for attaching the disk assembly to the drive plate of the floor grinding and/or polishing machine. The disk assembly also includes a foam pad for attachment between the flexible polishing disk and the drive plate to provide additional support structure, and a rigid plate which can optionally be used between the flexible polishing disk and the foam pad to maintain a flat polishing surface.

Abstract: A tool assembly for a grinding machine that supports a tool and is separately and easily removed from the grinding machine to change tools. The grinding machine includes one or more grinding heads that support a plurality of the tool assemblies. The grinding heads include ring members and the tool assemblies include a tapered tool holder. The tool holder is held in the ring member in a friction fit. In one embodiment, a pad holder is mounted to the tool holder by a bolt. The pad holder includes a Velcro layer for securing the tool to the pad holder. In another embodiment, the tool, such as a turbo cup, is bolted directly to the tool holder.
