  • Publication number: 20190324430
Abstract: The example systems, methods, and devices disclosed herein generally relate to generating create a supervised failure model for assets in the given fleet that is configured to receive operating data as inputs and output a prediction as to the occurrence of a given failure type at the asset. In some instances, a data analytics platform may create and use an unsupervised failure model for a subset of the assets, use the respective unsupervised failure models to detect a set of anomalies that are each suggestive of a prior failure occurrence, from the set of anomalies, identify a subset of anomalies that are each suggest of a prior failure occurrence of the given failure type, and create the supervised failure model using failure data for the identified subset of anomalies.

  • Patent number: 10064629
Abstract: A surgeon can place a bone perforator in contact with a bone, and can hammer on the bone perforator. The hammering can drive teeth on the bone perforator into the bone, thereby creating a perforation in the bone. The surgeon can pry or break the bone along the perforation, can access tissue beneath the bone as needed, and can replace the bone along the perforation. In some examples, the bone perforator is formed as a bendable sheet having teeth in a fixed, single-file pattern, with a hammerable surface opposite the teeth. In other examples, the bone perforator has repositionable teeth.

  • Publication number: 20160171250
Abstract: A processor in a computer system, the processor including a mechanism supporting a Secure Object that comprises information that is protected so that other software on said computer system cannot access or undetectably tamper with said information, thereby protecting both a confidentiality and an integrity of the Secure Object information while making the Secure Object information available to the Secure Object itself during execution of the Secure Object. The mechanism includes a crypto mechanism that decrypts and integrity-checks Secure Object information as said Secure Object information moves into the computer system from an external storage system, and encrypts and updates an integrity value for Secure Object information as said Secure Object information moves out of the computer system to the external storage system, and a memory protection mechanism that protects the confidentiality and integrity of Secure Object information when that information is in the memory of the computer system.

  • Publication number: 20150286670
Abstract: A system and method that provides a unique building maintenance tool which leverages the information collected during the design and construction phase of the building lifecycle. User access BIMs, Revit schedules and other data sources within the unique construction process to provide clients with a post occupancy view previously unobtainable. The solution provides for simple integration with external data sources through data file import or direct integration. The intent of the data integration model is to reduce costs of ongoing implementations providing a scalable model. Mobile access to information is a central component of customer appeal and will be a focal point of the design process. With the present invention mobile users can use mobile devices to scan 2 dimensional barcodes or QR Codes or other georeferencing technologies including RFIDs, thereby using the mobile device as the primary navigation portal to room and equipment information and images.

  • Patent number: 8842458
Abstract: According to one disclosed embodiment, a content-addressable memory (CAM) system configured for reduced power consumption includes a sensing circuit utilized to apply a sense voltage to a matchline of the CAM system, a valid bit cell coupled to the matchline, and a power cut-off circuit configured to isolate the sense voltage from the matchline when an invalid validity state is stored in the valid bit cell, thereby reducing power consumption by the CAM system. In one embodiment, the power cut-off circuit isolates the sense voltage from the matchline by decoupling the sensing circuit from a control signal when an invalid validity state is stored in the valid bit cell.

  • Publication number: 20140244330
Abstract: A web-based software as a service (SaaS) system and method that is designed to document and manage multiple participants involved in a construction project. The system and method can be used during or at the end of a construction project to document and manage a punch list. The present invention manages this process electronically and with higher functionality and interactivity than traditional punch list tools. In addition to punch list activities, the system can document multiple types of issues that arise during the course of a project, including issues arising during a project assessment, a project inspection, the closeout of the project, or similar types of events at a construction project. The invention uses an electronic “ticket” to document the imperfections, defects, damage, and incomplete items (collectively, the “deficiency” or “deficiencies”) discovered during a project assessment, a project inspection, or the closeout of a project.
