  • Patent number: 8384453
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method, apparatus, and system for locking a phase locked loop (PLL). The method may include receiving a reference signal at a phase locked loop (PLL) circuitry having a first PLL circuitry and a second PLL circuitry. The first PLL circuitry may include a fixed frequency oscillator. The method may further include adjusting a division ratio using, at least in part, a fractional divider circuitry in communication with the fixed frequency oscillator, to generate a feedback signal having a substantially equal frequency and a substantially equal phase in relation to a reference frequency. The method may also include receiving the feedback signal and the reference frequency at a phase detector.

  • Publication number: 20120224449
Abstract: Typical barrel mixers (10), of the type which may be disassembled for transportation purposes, allow for the barrel (20) to be moved from a mixing position to a tipping position but do not allow for fixing the barrel at positions in between. The present invention provides an adjuster (200, 400) which allows the mixing position to be fixed at selected points between the mixing and tipping positions.

  • Publication number: 20090066795
Abstract: An apparatus comprises a server in communication with a camera located on a customer premises. The server is adapted to transmit Internet Protocol formatted video, containing a surveillance portion from the camera and an advertisement portion, to a customer premises device. A method for sending the Internet Protocol formatted video is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 7010379
Abstract: A substrate verification system is utilized for verifying substrate location and orientation in a catalytic converter mat wrapping mechanism. A mat wrap mechanism reads data from a substrate. A verification mechanism compares the identifier data with stored data. If the substrate is verified as correct, the verification mechanism activates the mat wrap mechanism. If the data from the substrate does not match the data in a system an alert is activated. If there is an error, the wrapping process will not be activated. The present invention therefore provides a substrate verification system for verifying substrate location and orientation.

  • Publication number: 20040078601
Abstract: A system and method for transmitting data. The system includes a database that stores data. The data is sent to a server for processing. A relay is then used to route the data for transmission. A firewall provides security for the data, the server, and the relay. The data is then sent by the relay to a wireless carrier network. A handheld wireless device receives the data from the wireless carrier network. In the system, the relay is arranged behind the firewall.
