  • Patent number: 11918017
Abstract: A method for sanitizing pre-measured units of a pre-sanitized flowable food product in a sanitizing device installed into an existing food production system without substantially increasing the head height requirement of the feed production system. A plurality of containers are moved about a path with increased retention time through a plurality of stations: a receiving station, one or more sanitizing stations, and a dispensing station, and a container cleaning station. A pre-measured unit measured for packaging is received at the receiving station into a container. The pre-measured unit is exposed to one or more sanitizing agents at one or more sanitizing stations. The pre-measured unit is immediately packaged after sanitization. The pre-measured unit is dispensed into a packaging device at the dispensing station. The containers are then cleaned at the container cleaning station to prepare each container to receive a subsequent pre-measured unit of the pre-sanitized flowable feed product.

  • Publication number: 20230366235
Abstract: A folding support assembly with stretch mechanism for rapid and efficient installation of a fence system. The stretch mechanism extends upwardly from a brace and slides along the brace. A tensioner mounted between a first post and the stretch mechanism maintains the stretch position of the stretch mechanism relative to an end post. A plurality of markings longitudinally spaced apart on the brace indicate a stretch specification. The brace is pivotally mounted between a first post sleeve and a second post sleeve. The first post sleeve and the second post sleeve fold to a position approximately parallel with the brace in a storage configuration and unfold to a deployed configuration. An angle support pivotally mounted between the first post extending from the first post sleeve and the second post sleeve is extendable by means of a slip joint.

  • Patent number: 11753846
Abstract: A folding corner assembly for rapid and efficient installation of a fence post with support, especially for a corner assembly or endpoint. A brace is pivotally mounted between a first post sleeve and a second post sleeve. The first post sleeve and second post sleeve fold to a position approximately parallel with the brace in a storage configuration and unfold to a deployed configuration. An angle support pivotally mounted between a post extending from the first post sleeve and the second post sleeve is extendable by means of a slip joint. A plurality of markings longitudinally spaced apart on the brace indicate a stretch specification.

  • Publication number: 20220284360
Abstract: Enhanced tracking of quarry and mining machine operation is described herein. The method and system generate productivity metrics for a production asset cycle that comprises a plurality of serially connected segments. More particularly the method includes acquiring a production data point associated with a mobile asset. The method further includes assigning a temporal production status to the data point based upon the temporal instance data and at least one of a supplemental production data taken from the group consisting of: a current zone within a worksite occupied by the mobile asset, a machine state reported by the mobile asset, and a time-correlated production cycle-segment status of a further mobile asset interacting with the mobile asset. The disclosure provides, in another aspect, a method for visualizing aggregated production events for a mobile asset operated within a repeating production cycle comprising a plurality of serially connected segments.

  • Publication number: 20220188722
Abstract: Performance quantifying and reporting for machine assets includes storing, in a work plan, asset tag assignments for a plurality of assets, and receiving location information, for example, indicative of a segment of a work cycle, being worked on by an asset. Attributes of an asset, including an inferred occurrence or non-occurrence of an asset-to-asset interaction, are based upon the location information and matching of role-based asset tags between or amongst assets. Performance history of the asset is quantified and reported based on the identified attributes for displaying, on a user interface, machine asset performance metrics.
