Abstract: Systems and methods for automatically decomposing table-structured electronic documents are described. The systems and methods of this invention generally comprise utilizing mathematical relationships, together with textual and positional clues to the mathematical relationships, in a collaborative manner, to derive a mathematical construct of the table-structured document. Embodiments of this invention automatically process a multitude of table-structured documents, thereby eliminating the need for human interaction with such documents in many cases and lowering the costs associated with processing such documents.

Abstract: A battery-powered miniature wireless headset is worn as a single earring or as a pair of earrings. The headset communicates with a phone or other host over a bidirectional wireless communication link allowing hands-free operation. The wireless earring headset is comprised of an electronics module (18), a speaker assembly (17), a microphone assembly (16), an antenna (68), a battery (62), user interface devices such as a switch (28) and LED (30), and an attachment means employing either a clamp or a pierced earring post (24) with clutch (26). The electronics module, which may be a single chip, comprises a wireless transceiver, a processor with associated memory, an audio codec, power supply electronics, and other components. In use the device is attached to the pinna of the wearer's ear (99) using either a clamp or a post inserted through a pinna piercing and secured by a clutch or nut.

Abstract: A method of caching faceted search results includes providing a rule set and receiving system criteria. The method further includes generating at least one faceted search result based on a first faceted search using a plurality of search terms, and maintaining at least a portion of the faceted search results in a denormalized database based on the rule set and system criteria. A computer readable medium including computer readable code for executing the method steps, as well as a system including means for executing the method steps is also disclosed.

Abstract: A method, computer program product and client electronic device for updating a radio playlist includes detecting in a memory a user-defined track rating for a digital audio encoded track included within a predetermined radio playlist of a plurality of digital audio encoded tracks. The radio playlist is updated based on the user-defined track rating.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for cooling a mixture with an injection system. The injection system is adjustable to accommodate the relative position and particular specifications of a given container (e.g., concrete mixer). In one embodiment, the injection system is operable to inject a coolant directly into the mixture while in the mixing process.

Abstract: Storage bins for architectural transitions in passenger cabins of airplanes and other vehicles. A transition storage bin is positioned between adjacent rows of straight storage bins and at the location where the fuselage or cabin changes cross-sectional dimensions. The front surface of the transition storage bin is curved to merge smoothly with the front surfaces of the adjacent storage bins.

Abstract: A method of rendering digital media encoded content on a client electronic device is disclosed. The digital encoded media content comprises digital encoded local media content stored on the client electronic device and/or digital encoded radio media content provided via a network from a remote computing device to the client electronic device. The method includes: indicating a radio playlist that defines a rendering sequence for the digital encoded media content; and determining if a portion of the digital encoded media content to be rendered is stored as digital local media content in a memory of the client electronic device. The digital encoded radio media content not stored as digital encoded local media content on the client electronic device is received, on the client electronic device, from the remote computing device via the network.

Abstract: A method according to one embodiment includes determining the presence of pre-existing metadata associated with at least one local media content file. The method of this embodiment may also include determining at least one data field contained within the pre-existing metadata and generating a homogeneous metadata file for the at least one local media content file by mapping data contained within the at least one data field of the pre-existing metadata into at least one defined data field of the homogeneous metadata file.

Abstract: A method, computer program product and computing device for receiving a request to load at least one new media content item on a personal media device. The size of the at least one new media content item is compared with the amount of storage space remaining on the personal media device to determine if the personal media device has sufficient available storage space. If the personal media device does not have sufficient available storage space, a relative weight associated with at least one old media content item stored on the personal media device is ascertained, the relative weight corresponding to a likelihood that the at least one old media content item will be rendered on the personal media device.

Abstract: A method, computer program product and computing device for registering a user with a media distribution system to obtain a subscription to the media distribution system, the subscription providing the user with content rights that allow the user to obtain and render media content licensed by the media distribution system. A personal media device is registered with the media distribution system for use by the user to obtain and render the media content. At least a portion of the media content is rendered on the personal media device.

Abstract: A miniature sexual aid device comprising a battery powered electric vibrator which attaches to the user's clothing. The sexual aid device includes a vibration motor, a button cell battery, a moisture resistant housing that contains the motor and battery, and a clip for attaching the device to the clothing material. Abstract: A method and an apparatus for providing make-up water for a chilled water system. A first water tower for cooling water is provided. Condensate water from a condensate water source is extracted. Make-up water for the first water tower is provided using the condensate water. The apparatus comprises a first water tower for generating cooling water; an air compressor to produce compressed air; a condensate water source to extract condensate water from the compressed air; and a water flow control system for providing water from the condensate water source to the first water tower.
