Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a self-learning bladder volume monitoring system. The system can include a bladder volume (BV) system configured to measure an electrical impedance of a bladder region of a patient and determine a volume of fluid disposed therein using an impedance to bladder volume model (“By model”). Further, the system can measure a total body water (“TBW”) for the patient and modify the BV model to account for variations in TBW within the tissues surrounding the bladder providing a more accurate bladder volume measurement. The system can include a “training unit” which can include one of a user input interface, an automatic urine output monitoring system, an ultrasound system, and an intrabladder pressure system configured to verify a volume of fluid within or voided from the bladder and train the BV model.

Abstract: An integrated telephone user interface (TUI) system permitting switching between Dual Tone Multi-Frequency and voice operating command modes. This system provides the user with access to either command mode and allows the user to toggle among the two command modes while each command mode remains functionally distinct from the other. For example, when receiving a call, the TUI prompts the user to select either the voice-based or the tone-based command mode. After receiving an input from the user that activates one of the command modes, the user may initiate a desired TUI operation while in the active command mode. However, the user can also interrupt the active command mode and switch to another operationally distinct command mode. In response to the interruption, the system translates command modes to allow the user to resume TUI operation in the other command mode.

Each participating record label company is registered into a facilitating management server. For each registered record label company, a predetermined number of contestant entry reward coupons are issued. Each coupon is tied to the purchase of a music media by a consumer. For a predetermined period of time, a plurality of interested consumers is allowed to redeem their coupons and register for the contest through the facilitating management server. After the consumer registration period is over, the facilitating management server selects a predetermined number of contestants to compete in an auditioning process. The facilitating management server monitors the auditioning process of each selected contestant. After the final round of auditions, final round draft contestants are selected contestants to compete for recording contracts.
