Abstract: An oil hub cup includes a cylindrical body mounted to a wheel axle defining an interior space for preserving lubricant oil. The cylindrical body has a top face defining a central bore with a circumferential shoulder formed around the central bore for receiving and retaining an observing lens to seal the central bore. A cavity is defined in a top face of the observing lens with first and second holes defined in the observing lens exposed to a bottom of the cavity. The second hole is in communication with the interior space of cylindrical body for releasing excessive inside pressure inside the hub cup. A resilient vent check valve includes a disk received in the cavity and a plug extending from the disk for being received in the first hole to secure the vent check valve in position. A circumferential flange is formed on the disk to sealingly engage the bottom of the cavity for sealing the second hole thereby preventing water from entering the interior space of the cylindrical body through the second hole.

Abstract: A pneumatic control assembly for controlling a hydraulic power device includes a power control rod and at least one direction control rod. The power control is movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position to activate/de-activate a hydraulic fluid supply source for supply of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic power device. The direction control rod is movable among a forward position, a neutral position, and a backward position wherein the forward position corresponds to driving the hydraulic power device in an working stroke to work, the backward position corresponds to moving the hydraulic power device in a returning stroke and the neutral position is between the forward position and backward position and corresponding to having the hydraulic power device maintained stationary. A peg is provided on the power control rod.

Abstract: A refuse collection device includes an elongated tubular assembly comprising an inner tube, an intermediate tube and an outer tube telescoping each other and a bag mount supporting thereon a refuse collection bag attached to the lower end of the tubular assembly and closable by means of a pivoting cover. A manual control is provided, including a first grip fixed to the outer tube and a second grip fixed to the intermediate tube so as to allow the first grip and the outer tube to be movable relative to the second grip and the intermediate tube between an upper open position and a lower closed position. The cover is coupled to the outer tube so as to be driven thereby between the open position and the closed position. Spherical members are received within openings formed on the intermediate tube and spring-biased to selectively engage a recess formed on the outer tube so as to secure the outer tube in the open position.

Abstract: A refuse collecting device includes an elongated tube having an inner cylinder slidably received in the upper portion and a bag mount having a half moon shaped frame with a cylindrical section slidably received within the lower end of the tube in a spring-loaded manner. A bag is releasably mounted to the mount by having one side attached to the mount and an opposite side attached to the tube and being expanded by the spring. A paddle is rotatably mounted to the tube to correspond to the half moon frame and movable relative thereto to cover/discover the frame that expands the bag. A grip in the form of a hollow cylinder fit over the tube is coupled to the inner cylinder so to be manually movable along the tube to move the inner cylinder inside the tube. A transverse positioning pin extends through slots formed on the inner cylinder to be moved thereby. A first wire connects the paddle to the positioning pin and has a first slack. A second wire connects the mount to the positioning pin and has a second slack.
