  • Patent number: 10481649
Abstract: A computer system includes a power supply unit that provides operating energy for the computer system, a system board connected to the power supply unit and having a multitude of expansion connections for connection of a corresponding multitude of expansion components, wherein each expansion component is assigned a fixed power budget to supply an associated expansion component, a first expansion component connected to a first expansion connection of the system board, and at least one auxiliary supply component arranged in a region of a second expansion connection of the system board, wherein the auxiliary supply component electrically connects to the first expansion component and delivers at least part of the power budget assigned to the second expansion connection to the first expansion component.

  • Patent number: 10146276
Abstract: An arrangement for a computer system includes a heat-producing expansion card and a cooling device. The cooling device has at least one fan and a hollow body with a first opening and a second opening to cool the expansion card. The hollow body is arranged with the first opening on the expansion card. The at least one fan is arranged on the hollow body in a region of the second opening or is at least partly surrounded by the hollow body by the second opening. The at least one fan produces a flow of air through the hollow body to cool the expansion card.

  • Patent number: 4257728
Abstract: A rotary drum storage tank for receiving and conveying garbage includes a rear cover for the tank with a helical baffle protruding into the storage tank and which acts as a pressing screw which pushes the material which is dumped into the tank backwardly into the rear thereof. The baffle acts in conjunction with a plurality of strikers arranged on the inner wall of the rotary drum storage tank and which rotate with the tank to force the material into the storage space. The drum is mounted on annular ball bearings which are secured on a bolt which is mounted on a box girder or closed frame girder having a central opening therethrough which accommodates the bearings.

  • Patent number: 4211164
Abstract: A rotary drum-type collecting vessel for receiving and transporting refuse or other bulk material, comprises, a hollow rotary collecting drum having an inside wall, and includes an opening at one end which is covered by a cover plate which covers the opening and has a frusto conical interior surface which projects into the collecting drum. The frusto conical surface terminates in a frustum plane within the drum. It includes a lower portion with a charge opening and it carries a spirally extending feed blade on its surface with pushing elements in the form of ribs defined therealong and rotating therewith so as to force bulk material in an action, such as by a raking worm, into the collecting drum. The material is also pressed therein by an action such that by a thrust worm in a zone between the inside wall of the rotary drum and the frustum plane.
