Abstract: A pull-out guide assembly for use on each of opposite sides of a drawer includes a pull-out rail mounted on the drawer and a supporting rail mounted on a furniture body. Rollers are arranged between running flanges of the rails. The running flanges of the rails are inclined downwardly towards the rear. Thus, when the drawer is in the extreme front position of a path of extraction, it is acted upon to move in the closing direction by a horizontal force component. At the same time, the drawer is held in such front position by a locking device.

Abstract: A fitting to connect the front plate of a drawer with a rail member thereof includes a dowel casing which can be fitted into the front plate and a hook member connected to the front end of the rail member to be engaged in the dowel casing. A metallic disk provides rigidity for the dowel casing. The hook member has a flange which abuts flush with the front face of the dowel casing and which has a bevelled portion.

Abstract: An article of furniture includes at least one drawer which is held between two side walls of the body of the article of furniture by a pull-out guide assembly including, on each side of the drawer, a supporting rail at the side of the body and a pull-out rail at the side of the drawer. The supporting rails are mounted at front and at rear bearing points at the body side walls. At the rear bearing points, the supporting rails are height-adjustably mounted and guided so that the pivoting movement of the supporting rails is limited.

On each side of the drawer, there is provided a pull-out rail mounted on the drawer and a supporting rail fastened to a furniture body. Rollers, balls or slides are arranged between the supporting rails and the pull-out rails. The pull-out rails and the supporting rails are guided without clearance. On each side of the drawer, adjusting device are provided adjacent to the front plate for vertical and lateral adjustment of the drawer with respect to the pull-out rails. Each adjusting device has an oblong hole which is aligned parallel to the front plate and through which projects a clamping screw which engages in a female thread in a horizontal flange of the pull-out rail. Each of the adjusting devices is connected to the drawer by a vertically adjustable holding member.

Abstract: A guide rail assembly for a drawer includes, for each side of the drawer, a supporting rail on the side of an article or body of furniture and a pull-out rail slideably mounted on the supporting rail. The load of the drawer is transmitted by means of cylindrical runner rollers and/or balls. The runner rollers or balls are arranged substantially in a horizontal plate and adjacently mounted in carriages. The supporting rail has a guide flange with a U-shaped channel and outwardly projecting horizontal marginal flanges extending from both sides thereof. Central runner rollers roll in the U-shaped channel, and lateral runner rollers roll on the marginal flanges. The pull-out rail embraces the supporting rail. The pull-out rail has on each side thereof an outwardly projecting horizontal running flange which is spaced from the upper and lower edges of the pull-out rail.

The profile of the side wall of aluminum is injection molded or extruded. After such operation, the front end of the vertical flange of the drawer side wall is impressed to form the deformation, and thus, the horizontal flange is bent upwards.
