Abstract: An end plug to be inserted axially into the centre of an end of a roll of paper, includes a holding element adapted to hold and/or guide the end of the roll of paper in correct position in a dispenser. The end plug includes an outer sleeve having an outer end and an inner end and the holding element is connected to the sleeve by elements allowing the holding element to be axially moved from a first position to a second position, in which the holding element protrude outwardly from the outer end of the sleeve, the holding element being releasably held in the first position when moved thereto. A roll of tissue paper including such an end plug and a dispenser provided with such a roll are also disclosed.

Abstract: A dispensing mechanism for a liquid container is arranged in liquid communication with an outlet mechanism. The dispensing mechanism is adapted to translate a user force applied to a user operated portion into a transfer force applied from a user lever to an actuation part. A relationship between a first length and a second length forms a lever ratio. The first length extends from a first pivot axis to a user operated portion and the second length extends from the first pivot axis to a point of action of the transfer force on the actuation part. The lever ratio is adapted to increase from a non-actuated position over at least the first 50% of a dispensing stroke of the actuation part such that the transfer force increases over the at least first 50% of the dispensing stroke when a constant force is applied to the user operated portion.

Abstract: A dispensing mechanism for a liquid container includes a hollow flexible dispensing portion and a dispenser. The dispensing mechanism includes a first lever arranged to pivot about a first pivot axis and a second lever arranged to pivot about a second pivot axis and includes a user operated portion. The first lever includes a first sliding surface and the second lever includes a second sliding surface. The first and second sliding surfaces bear in sliding abutment against each other at an abutment point. The first and second pivot axes are substantially parallel to each other, and a first plane extends through the first and second pivot axes. In a non-actuated position of the dispensing mechanism, the user operated portion of the second lever and the abutment point are arranged on a first side of the first plane.

Abstract: A portable refillable dispenser for absorbent paper, tissue or nonwoven material, has a lower housing portion and an upper housing portion. The upper housing portion is connected via a first hinge to the lower housing portion, wherein the upper and lower housing portions, in a closed position, form a compartment for the absorbent tissue or nonwoven material and an inner dispensing opening there between and, in an open position, allow refilling of the dispenser. The dispenser has a lid connected with the upper and lower housing portions for holding the upper and lower housing portions together. The lid at least partially covers the inner dispensing opening from at least one direction. The lid is provided with an outer dispensing opening. The absorbent paper, tissue or nonwoven material is dispensable via the inner and outer dispensing openings.

Abstract: A device dispenser for a roll of absorbent paper, tissue or nonwoven material is provided. The dispenser has a housing with a first wall provided with a dispensing opening and a movable housing portion, which movable housing portion in an open position allows the dispenser to be refilled. The dispenser has a suspension arrangement for the roll and in which the roll is rotatable. The suspension arrangement is arranged to bias the roll towards the dispensing opening in a dispensing position when the movable housing portion is in a closed position. The suspension arrangement is connected to a pull-back mechanism linked to the movable housing portion for repositioning the suspension arrangement into a refilling position at a distance from the dispensing position when the movable housing portion is moved from the closed position to the open position.

The dispenser has a housing with a holder arrangement for receiving the roll, the holder arrangement providing a roll rotational axis about which the roll is arranged to rotate when dispensing the web. The dispenser has a drive roller extending in a direction substantially parallel to the roll rotational axis. The dispenser has an engaging roller extending substantially parallel to the drive roller. The drive roller and the engaging roller are arranged so as to define a dispensing passage therebetween for the web. The roll of web is arranged to be biased against the drive roller. The drive roller is arranged such that a dispensing end of the web is adapted to be led from the roll over the drive roller through the dispensing passage and to frictionally engage with the drive roller and the engaging roller.

Abstract: A roller assembly in a wipe material dispenser has at least one pair of cooperating rollers arranged to feed the wipe material. The roller assembly comprises a first and a second roller, wherein each roller comprises a central longitudinal core on which is mounted a number of parallel and axially spaced discs. Each roller has regions of reduced diameter between adjacent discs, and the first and the second roller are located so that the axial location of the spaced discs on the first roller coincides with the regions of reduced diameter between adjacent discs on the second roller. A roller suitable for use in the roller assembly and a dispenser including such an assembly are also provided.

Abstract: A dispenser for rolls of flexible sheet material, each of the rolls having spindle elements extending axially outwardly beyond the ends thereof, wherein a first roll is located in a dispensing position. Alternatively, a second roll may be located in a reserve position. The dispenser further includes a stub roll position arranged to receive a first roll exhausted to a predetermined extent. Retaining elements are arranged on both sides of the stub roll position to support the spindle elements inserted into each end of a roll, wherein the retaining elements arranged for simultaneous release of the spindle elements when the dispenser is opened.

Abstract: A dispensing device for dispensing wiping material includes a feeding mechanism for controlling the dispensing of the web. The feeding mechanism comprises a rotatable drum with a web guide arranged spaced from and surrounding the drum around a major part of its periphery. The web is fed from a first roll, over at least part of an outer surface of the web guide and into the feeding mechanism. An actuator is at least partially supported in a first position by the web, such that, if the first roll is depleted, the actuator is arranged to be displaced into a second position, and to actuate a loader for a second roll.

Abstract: A dispenser for rolls of web-shaped material, includes a housing having at its bottom part an outlet opening for the web-shaped material and a space for at least two rolls arranged substantially horizontally. A first part of the space is located adjacent the outlet opening and is intended for a first roll in a dispensing position and a second part of the space includes a locking element intended to keep the second roll in standby position. The first part is provided with holding elements for keeping the first roll in use position, the holding elements are spring-loaded and cooperate with the locking elements such that when a roll is located in the first space the locking element prevent the standby roll from falling down, but when the first roll is released from the first space the locking element release and permits the standby roll to occupy the dispensing position.

In order to provide a braking of the rotation of the roll the shaft (7) is provided with at least one resilient member in the form of a leaf spring (10) having one end attached to the shaft and having a free portion (12) which in unloaded position projects radially from the shaft for increasing the radial dimension thereof, the resilient member can be brought to spring towards the spindle.
