  • Publication number: 20240139516
Abstract: A system includes memory, and processing circuitry coupled to the memory, the processing circuitry configured to: determine at least one of: a cross-electrical signal measurement at a first electrode on a first lead implanted within a tongue of the patient based on a stimulation signal between a second electrode on the first lead or a second lead implanted within the tongue of the patient and a third electrode, or a strain measurement of at least one of the first lead or the second lead. The processing circuitry is configured to determine movement of the tongue based on at least one of the cross-electrical signal measurement or the strain measurement, and generate information indicative of the movement of the tongue.

  • Publication number: 20240091524
Abstract: An example system includes a collar; a first stimulating electrode array positioned on the collar and configured to delivery stimulation therapy to a patient; a second stimulating electrode array being positioned on the collar and configured to deliver stimulation therapy to the patient; a sensor array being positioned on the collar and configured to detect one or more features indicative of laryngeal muscle activity of the patient; and a controller configured to control stimulation therapy to be delivered via the first stimulating electrode array and the second stimulating electrode array.

  • Patent number: 10473345
Abstract: A micro-climate control system includes a thermoelectric system integrated with a fan assembly. The thermoelectric system is operable to actively cool or heat air as the air passes through the fan assembly. The thermoelectric system includes a thermoelectric heat pump, a heat reject subsystem, and a heat accept subsystem. The fan assembly is operable to draw air from a space to be conditioned and output conditioned air passed through one of the heat reject subsystem and the heat accept subsystem to the space to be conditioned and output air passed through the other away from the space to be conditioned. In this way, the micro-climate control system may provide localized comfort, while allowing a larger climate control system to maintain a more efficient temperature set point. In this way, the overall energy consumption may be reduced while providing the same level of effective comfort.
