A clot retrieving device may include, for example, an elongated shaft, a capture structure, a cover, and a connector coupled to the distal zone of elongated shaft. The connector may include an inner band and an outer band. The inner band may at least partially surround the distal zone of the elongated shaft and a portion of the proximal region of the capture structure, and the outer band may at least partially surround the inner band. In some embodiments, the first end portion of the cover may be secured between the inner band and the outer band.

    Abstract: An apparatus for administering ingestible liquids in a serial flow relationship, including a first tubular member having a first diameter, a second tubular member having a second diameter, a hollow intermediate member having a first end, a second end, and a chamber defined therein by an interior surface, and a valve member positioned within the chamber of the intermediate member. The first tubular member is in flow communication with the first end of the intermediate member and the second tubular member is in flow communication with the second end of the intermediate member. The chamber of the intermediate member is divided into first and second portions by the valve member. Accordingly, a first ingestible liquid contained within the first tubular member and a second ingestible liquid contained within the second tubular member are maintained in segregated relation until administration of the first and second ingestible liquids.
