Abstract: A machine for dispensing an air freshener spray in a bathroom and, more specifically, to dispensing such by the act of flushing a toilet with use of a floatation switch in the toilet tank water that activates a device upon water levels dropping, a device may generally be one which plugs directly into an electrical outlet, one that operates remote from the outlet and is powered by batteries, the device may plug directly through a cord into an electrical outlet, the device may be powered by batteries, these devices may operate with a cartridge containing a fragrance, the cartridge may be refillable, the fragrance may be a liquid, the fragrance may be a gel, the fragrance may be released by atomization, vaporization of fragrance may occur due to heating (evaporation), the fragrance cartridge may include a wick, fragranced liquid may be drawn up wick and evaporate on exposure to air. In a second embodiment, the activating device may be attached to the lid of the seat of the toilet.

Abstract: A new and improved label for delivering at least one time delayed message that includes at least two migrating agents is disclosed. The time delayed message is printed on a label that is printable through an automatic label printer. A second layer that includes a substantially non-curing polymer coating may then be placed over the migrating agents to begin migration and display the message.

Abstract: A device for dispensing a web of material wrapped around a hollow core, comprising a base having a support member and an arm. The support member is inserted into the hollow core and rotatably seated on the base in such a manner as to freely allow rotational movement.

Abstract: A time color indicator and method are provided. The time color indicator includes a base layer segment having a transparent impermeable layer, a substantially non-curing opaque coating, and a release sheet. A portion of the uncoated surface of the transparent layer bears a printed area including a camouflage pattern printed with non-migrating ink and a message segment printed with migrating ink. An indicator layer segment includes a transparent impermeable layer, a substantially non-curing opaque coating, and a release sheet partially folded back to form a finger gripping tab and expose an indicator layer coating portion which contacts and adheres to the base layer adjacent the printed area. The time color indicator is activated by pulling the finger tab to remove the release sheet, causing the indicator layer coating to cover and contact the printed area, with the message segment migrating through the indicator layer coating.

Abstract: A disposable safety needle sheath (10) has a funnel shaped receiving end (16) to protect the user's hand and guide a used needle into a sleeve (12). Retaining means (28, 30) within the sheath engage an inserted needle and a cap (18) seals the needle sheath after the used needle has been inserted and disengaged from a syringe (36). In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the retaining means comprises shoulders (28) at the open end of sleeve (12) to frictionally engage a needle hub (26), a cap (18) is mounted by a hinge to the receiving end (16), and locking means comprised of continuous annular ridge (32) and continuous annular groove (34) is provided to prevent the cap from being opened after closing.

Abstract: A portable foot and/or leg exercising apparatus for an operator which includes a first and second plate a mechanism for pivotally connecting said first and second foot plate together, centrally positioned between the first and second plate and extending vertically from each of the first and second plates and a mechanism disposed within or around the pivot mechanism extending from the first and second plates and operably associated with the pivot mechanism and coaxial therewith for providing a resistant force to pivoting of the first and second plates wherein the first plate is pivoted in a clockwise direction by the toes of one foot of the operator and wherein the second plate is pivoted in a counterclockwise direction by pressure from the anterior aspect of the other foot of the operator so as to cause muscular actions of the foot and/or leg of the operator.

Abstract: A laminated indicator which changes in a visually perceptible mode with the passage of time and a method for making such an indicator. At least two layers are provided whereby the molecular migration of an agent in an interior layer to the outermost surface of the exterior layer causes a change which can be visually percepted, e.g., a change in color or shade. Preferred embodiments include the migration of a dye or the migration of an acid or base wherein the outermost layer has the other member of an acid-base pair and a pH indicator.
