Abstract: In certain aspects, the present disclosure relates to novel radiopharmaceutical ketone molecules, including acetoacetate (AcAc) and/or beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), and methods of using one or more radiopharmaceutical ketone molecules or radiopharmaceutical compositions as imaging agents or tracers in positron emission tomography (PET) or combination PET and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), e.g., as ketone-PET tracers. The methods may be used in diagnostic imaging methodologies in Alzheimer's disease, cognitive impairment, and other conditions of altered cerebral metabolism.

Abstract: Methods and systems for suggesting electronic collaborative user groups to a user account based on user account activity. The method includes identifying one or more event records corresponding to a user account. Each of the one or more event records identifying an interaction between a client device of the user account and a server computing system and corresponding to one or more themes associated with a given team. The method further includes calculating a theme score for the user account based on the retrieved one or more event records. The theme score based at least in part on the number of identified event records. The method also includes determining whether the calculated theme score exceeds a predetermined threshold score, and in response to determining that the calculated theme score exceeds the predetermined threshold score, facilitating connection of the user account and the team associated with the theme.

Abstract: Systems and methods for creating and/or managing dynamic user teams. The method includes retrieving event records corresponding to a theme, each event record identifying an interaction between a user computing device and a server computing system, the theme being a common factor underlying each of the interactions; calculating a team creation score for the theme based on the retrieved event records, wherein the team creation score is based at least in part on the number of retrieved event records corresponding to the theme; determining whether the theme meets an implicit team creation criteria by comparing the team creation score with a threshold team creation score; in response to determining that the implicit team creation criteria are met, automatically creating the implicit team; and automatically adding at least two members to the implicit team, the at least two members meeting a member addition criteria associated with the implicit team.

Abstract: The labeling of biologically important molecules via a bifunctional chelator can result in the formation of isomers or multiple species, which can have significant impact on the biological properties of the radiopharmaceutical. For receptor-based radiopharmaceuticals, the target uptake is largely dependent on the receptor binding affinity of the targeting molecule and the blood clearance of the labeled molecule, which is determined by the physical properties of both the targeting molecule and the metal chelate. Hence, the presence of isomers for the metal chelate can have significant impact on the radiopharmaceutical. Therefore, in the development of a radiopharmaceutical or metallodrug, it is necessary to separate the isomers and evaluate the biological activities of each individual isomer. It would therefore be desirable to develop chelators that predominately form only a single stereoisomeric species upon coordination to a metal center.

Abstract: A peptide-chelator conjugate that is useful for imaging sites of inflammation in humans comprises a metal chelator coupled to a glycopeptide antibiotic. The metal chelator and the glycopeptide are coupled by a linking group. The linking group may be the divalent radical NH--(CH.sub.2).sub.3 --NH. Alternatively the linking group may be .beta.Ala.sub.3 LysGly-OH and the glycopeptide may be coupled to the N.sup..epsilon. of Lys. A method of imaging a site of inflammation is also provided. The method comprises the step of administering a diagnostically effective amount of a composition comprising a glycopeptide-chelator conjugate comprising a metal chelator coupled to a glycopeptide antibiotic. The glycopeptide-chelator conjugate is in a form complexed with a diagnostically useful metal or an oxide or nitride thereof.

Abstract: The present invention provides the capability to use customized procedures to manipulate and control objects in graphic implementations. It provides externalizes much of the underlying object manipulation functionality. A customized procedure is executed at various "trigger" points including: the expiration of a specified period of time; the opening or closing of a window; or, when input from a mouse input device is received. There are several different types of mouse events: mouse button down; mouse move with button down; mouse move with no button down; and mouse button up. A graphic object associated with a customized procedure that is triggered by a mouse event is called a "button object." The customized procedure associated with a button object has four parameters: buttonobj, hitobj, win, and eventinfo. The buttonobj parameter refers to the graphic object having a button procedure that is currently being executed.
