  • Patent number: 10785091
Abstract: According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer-implemented method for managing a data center that is temperature controlled using a thermal management system is disclosed. The method includes collecting ambient temperature data in the data center, collecting server temperature data in servers located in the data center, collecting rack temperature data at server racks located in a data center using rack temperature sensors, wherein each rack temperature sensor is associated with one of the server racks, wherein at least one of the server racks includes at least two of the servers. The method further includes analyzing the ambient temperature data, the server temperature data, and the rack temperature data to discover a cause of a fault in the data center, wherein the cause is selected from the thermal management system, the servers, or the rack temperature sensors, and generating a notification regarding the cause of the fault.

  • Publication number: 20080089973
Abstract: A potter's wheel has a shaft supporting a lower rotatable disc for a pedal and an upper rotatable disc supporting clay to be molded. The shaft connects the two discs. The shaft and discs are supported in a support structure made from a peripheral frame. The support structure supports a top platform through which the shaft supporting the upper rotatable disc passes. The upper rotatable disc is substantially elevated above the top platform to avoid the possibility of an operator's hand being caught and injured between the upper rotatable disc and the top platform.

  • Patent number: 6203563
Abstract: A healing device applied to wounds, fistulas, pancreatitis, varicose ulcers, and other medical or veterinary pathologies includes a compacting chamber for covering the wound over the affected or diseased zone of the patient. The compacting chamber is defined by a self adhesive polymeric material laminar sheet, made out of a waterproof material. The compacting chamber has a replaceable mass of aerated polymer fiber flock therewithin, as a wound-stabilizing dressing. The compacting chamber uses a vacuum for deforming and compacting a mass of polymer fiber flock into effective healing contact with the wound. The vacuum means is terminated upon achieving compaction of the mass of polymer fiber flock and upon effective healing contact of the mass of polymer fiber flock with the wound.
