  • Publication number: 20120048425
Abstract: A filling system for an anesthetic dispenser has a coding feature. An opening (29) is provided at a connection piece top side (10) of an outlet connection piece (8) of a bottle adapter (100). The opening (29) is connected to the lateral slots (9) and a length of rods on an inner wall of the filling connection piece is dimensioned such that they mesh both with the slots (9) and with the opening (29).

  • Patent number: 5560584
Abstract: A safety filling device for filling a liquid anesthetic into a filling space of an anesthetic evaporator from a storage container by means of a filling adapter, which can be pushed into an insertion opening, with a closing element, which interrupts the flow of liquid anesthetic in a switched-off position, and with a control element, which is movable in a stationary housing and sets the states of switching. A preferential position is set on the closing element during the introduction of the filling adapter into the insertion opening. A follower blocking the switched-off position is provided on the closing element between the housing and the control element, and a coding part, which engages the follower in a manner eliminating the blocking of the closing element in the operating position of the filling adapter, is provided on the filling adapter.
