  • Patent number: 8151990
Abstract: A blister package arrangement comprises a blister package (1) and a conductor carrier strip (10) attached thereto, wherein openings (4) of the carrier strip (10) are oriented toward pockets (3) of the blister package (1). When a tablet (2) is removed from a pocket (3), the sealing film (13) of the blister package (1) closing the pocket (3) is separated in such a way that the tablet (2) is removable through the opening (4) associated therewith. The openings (4) are formed by stamped cutting lines (41) which are disposed in the conductor carrier strip (10) and surround the pockets (3) of the associated areas in a ring shape. These stamped lines are interrupted by at least two spars or “bridge parts” (43) by means of which a cover (30), covering the pocket (3) and separated from the conductor carrier strip (10), is connected with the carrier strip.

  • Patent number: 7878367
Abstract: A blister pack system has an upper part and a bottom part, between which a blister pack is disposed. Pouches of the blister pack are aligned with corresponding ejection openings of the upper part and corresponding ejection openings of the bottom part. Every ejection opening of the upper part is associated with an individual contact surface that can be connected to a control/computing unit via an individual strip conductor. The system includes an ejection device, which at a top section has an electrical contact, and at a peg section an additional electrical contact which is electrically connected to the electrical contact of the top section. The individual contact surfaces and the individual strip conductors associated therewith, as well as a common contact surface and a common strip conductor associated therewith or a subsection thereof extend in surfaces of the upper part that are electrically isolated from each other.

  • Patent number: 7489594
Abstract: A blister pack system has a printed board, and the outside of the film of the blister pack has individual contact spots each assigned to a respective bag. Individual strip conductors run from each contact spot to a common conductor strip via the respective bag on the outside of the film. When a dragée is removed from a bag, the strip conductor assigned to the bag is interrupted. The printed board has perforations corresponding to the pattern of the bags and contact spots corresponding to the pattern of the contact spots of the blister pack. The contact spots of the board are directed towards the contact spots of the pack while the perforations of the board are directed towards the bags of the board. An edge area of the printed board has connecting contact spots each connected to a contact spot of the printed board via an individual strip conductor.

  • Patent number: 7475784
Abstract: A device for detecting the removal of a product from a packing system by an electronic unit. The products are arranged in individual bags which are sealed by a sealing film that can be perforated so as to remove a product from a bag. The device has a combination of layers including at least one supporting plate and a coating layer which is applied thereto. The combination of layers is connected to the packing system in such a way that the coating layer faces the sealing film. The coating layer is provided with individual strip conductors, each of which runs across an area that is assigned to a bag and is electrically interrupted when a product is removed from the respective bag. The supporting plate includes openings, each of which is assigned to a bag. A product which is removed from a bag is guided through the respective opening.

  • Publication number: 20070095715
Abstract: The invention relates to a blister pack system that comprises an upper part (4) and a bottom part (9), between which a blister pack (1) is disposed. Pouches (2?) of the blister pack (1) are aligned with corresponding ejection openings (7) of the upper part (4) and corresponding ejection openings (7?) of the bottom part (9). Every ejection opening (7) of the upper part (4) is associated with an individual contact surface (10 to 17) that can be connected to a control/computing unit (19) via an individual strip conductor (10a to 17a). The system is further provided with an ejection device (40). Said ejection device (40), at the top section (25), comprises an electrical contact (24), and at the peg section (27) an additional electrical contact (30) which is electrically connected to the electrical contact (24) of the top section (25).

  • Publication number: 20050226100
Abstract: The invention relates to a blister pack system comprising a printed board (8). The outside of the film (28) of the blister pack (1) is provided with individual contact spots (5a-5g), each of which is assigned to a respective bag (2a-2g). Individual strip conductors (5a?-5g?) run from each contact spot (5a-5g) to a common conductor strip (7) via the respective bag (2a-2g) on the outside of the film (28). When a dragée (20) is removed from a bag (2a-2g), the individual strip conductor assigned to said bag is interrupted. The printed board (8) is provided with perforations (11) corresponding to the pattern of the bags (2a-2g) of the blister pack (1) and individual contact spots (9a-9g) corresponding to the pattern of the individual contact spots (5a-5g) of the blister pack (1).
