  • Patent number: 10703088
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments relate to methods for automatically generating cutting instructions to translate a color image into a field stencil having a plurality of guideline apertures. The plurality of guideline apertures may denote the color zone boundaries in the color image, for example by being placed along the line drawing representing the color zone boundaries. Such field stencils may then allow for the reproduction of multi-color logos using a single stencil.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 4, 2014
Date of Patent: July 7, 2020
Assignee: WORLD CLASS ATHLETIC SURFACES, INC.

  • Patent number: 8776686
Abstract: The Automated Cutting System for Customized Field Stencils (“ACSCFS”) is a device designed to implement an automated field stencil creation process. The ACSCFS is comprised of a computer system and an automated cutting table, wherein said automated cutting table is further comprised of a cutting surface, an automated means for placing sheet material onto said cutting surface, and an automated cutting implement. The computer analyzes a color logo image and translates it into a line drawing. The drawing is then scaled, and guideline aperture locations are placed along each line. The computer then transmits instructions to the automated cutting table, directing the creation of a field stencil with a dotted guideline hole pattern. Such field stencils allow for the reproduction of multi-color logos using a single stencil.

  • Patent number: 5926995
Abstract: A top water fishing lure with a tubular sound emitting chamber for the attraction of fish is disclosed. The lure preferably contains a tubular sound emitting chamber running nearly the length of the lure. A striker element is movably contained therein to strike either end of the chamber as the lure is moved from an angled position to a near horizontal position during use.

  • Patent number: 4930247
Abstract: A spinner type fishing lure having a metal spinner blade with a built-in rattle chamber and a metal pellet in the chamber for producing a rattling sound attractive to fish. The rattle chamber is formed by a hemispherical dome on the spinner blade and a flat base plate extending across the bottom of the dome. The combination of the domed shape of the rattle chamber and metal surfaces which bound it generates a rattling sound that is especially effective in attracting fish.

  • Patent number: 4175599
Abstract: A strip cutting device for wood or the like having a plurality of parallel slots of different depths with a cutter disposed above the slots and means for holding the cutter across a plurality of the slots and at an angle to said slots and intermediate the ends of the slots so that work slid along a selected slot will be severed by the cutter and the work will be guided both in its approach to the cutter and after it has passed the cutter for discharge. There will be holding means for the cutter on either side of each of the slots and also on either side of the cutter to maintain the cutter fixedly in place.
