    Abstract: Provided is an outer covering material for a vacuum heat insulation material, the outer covering material having a laminated structure which sequentially, from the top, comprises: a protecting layer; a barrier layer; and a sealing material, wherein the barrier layer comprises: a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin film on which an aluminum oxide film is deposited; and an ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) resin film on which a metal thin film is deposited. Provided is a vacuum heat insulation material, comprising: a core material consisting of glass fibers; and the outer covering material which houses the core material and decompresses the inner portion thereof.
