Abstract: The present invention relates to a medium composition comprising fermented Korean hot pepper paste, undiluted solution of brewed soy sauce or acid hydrolyzed soy sauce, and a method for producing gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) using the medium. More precisely, the present invention relates to a medium composition for culturing lactobacillus having GAD activity, the composition comprising fermented hot pepper paste, brewed soy sauce or acid hydrolyzed soy sauce, and a method for producing a high concentration of gamma-aminobutyric acid from the medium additionally added with glutamic acid or glutamate. The present invention provides a method of producing a high concentration of gamma-aminobutyric acid using the above medium with low production costs. Since the by-products of pastes are used as medium compositions, this medium itself can be added to other pastes or foods to produce functional foods containing gamma-aminobutyric acid.

Abstract: Disclosed is a printed circuit board, on which a holder for fixing a lamp is mounted, is disposed on an upper surface of a bottom cover, and an inverter supplying a driving voltage to the lamp is disposed on a lower surface of the bottom cover. The printed circuit board is electrically connected to the holder as a conductive pattern is embedded in the printed circuit board. The connector is directly mounted on the inverter, or it is connected to the inverter via a wire. In this case, the connector is also connected to the printed circuit board. Therefore, the connector of the inverter and the connector of the printed circuit board are electrically connected.

Abstract: Disclosed is a backlight unit that is suitable for reducing humming noise that occurs when power is applied for dimming control. The present invention provides a backlight unit including a plurality of lamps arranged over a bottom cover, first and second lower structures respectively mounted at opposite ends of the lamps, the first and second lower structures having a groove between adjacent lamps, sound absorbing pads disposed within the grooves, common electrodes mounted on the first and second lower structures having the sound absorbing pads thereon respectively, and first and second upper structures respectively coupled to the first and second lower structures. The first and second upper structures have a plurality of ribs that press down on the common electrodes and sound absorbing pads.

The structure is formed such that a lamp wire is easily attached to the LCD module and minimizes the possibility of the lamp wire from separating from the fixing recess. The structure includes a fixing recess formed at one edge of the LCD device. The fixing recess has an open external and open top surface. A fixing hook having two ends, where one end is fixed to an upper side of an inside wall of the fixing recess and the other end bent at an angled forming a slight separation from an inner surface of an external end of the fixing recess. The lamp wire is easily inserted into the fixing recess through a gap between the fixing hook and the external end of the fixing recess and held in place due to the elasticity of the fixing hook.
