  • Patent number: 11954855
Abstract: Disclosed are a drug evaluation method and apparatus. The drug evaluation method includes acquiring cell images in response to a drug to be evaluated, loading an image processing-based learning model trained so as to predict molar concentrations, outputting molar concentrations of cells corresponding to the cell images by applying the learning model to the acquired cell images, and calculating a drug evaluation value used to evaluate effects of the drug on the cells based on the molar concentrations of the cells corresponding to the cell images output through the learning model.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 17, 2021
Date of Patent: April 9, 2024
Assignee: DAEGU GYEONGBUK INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

  • Patent number: 10788489
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for the detection of a protein including a histidine-tag using immunochromatography. The detection method of the present invention uses immunochromatography using the polymer particle fixed with the histidine-tag, wherein a histidine-tag specific antibody alone is used to detect a histidine-tag conjugated protein (recombinant protein) quickly without using a target protein specific antibody. This method is also efficient in detecting and quantifying the histidine-tagged protein included in the sample without using an additional apparatus but quickly and accurately.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 3, 2015
Date of Patent: September 29, 2020
Assignee: Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology
Inventors: Eun Joo Kim, Won Bae Jeon, Sung Jun Lee, Se Geun Lee, Eun Sook Choi

  • Patent number: 7526362
Abstract: A remote robot control method using a three-dimensional pointing procedure and a robot control system using the remote robot control method. The robot control system controls a robot in response to a user's gesture or sign without modifying the structure of the robot. The remote robot control method includes measuring a distance between a remote controller and a robot, calculating an initial position of the remote controller in an inertial navigation frame of the remote controller, calculating an initial position of the robot in the navigation frame of the remote controller, calculating an origin of the inertial navigation frame of the remote controller shown in an inertial navigation frame of the robot, calculating a new position of the remote controller in the inertial navigation frame of the remote controller, and calculating a new position of the robot in the navigation frame of the robot.
    Type: Grant
