Patent number: 10174758Abstract: Pump units are known that have a drive shaft and a rotor, which is driven by the drive shaft and is arranged rotatably in a housing, the drive shaft having an oblique sliding plane, which interacts with the rotor and allows the rotor to nutate with the rotor axis thereof about a drive axis of the drive shaft, the rotor having a set of teeth on the end face of the rotor facing away from the drive shaft, said teeth meshing with a set of teeth formed on a housing of the pump unit, working spaces being formed between the teeth of the rotor and the teeth of the housing, which working spaces can be filled via an inlet and emptied via an outlet. It is disadvantageous that the pump unit has a comparatively large axial installation length, because the drive of the pump unit is arranged on an end of the drive shaft facing away from the rotor. In the pump unit according to the invention, the axial installation length is shortened.Type: GrantFiled: May 15, 2014Date of Patent: January 8, 2019Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Ingo Nowitzky, Dieter Amesoeder, Oliver Laforsch, Sando Kunath, Evgenij Skrynski, Marian Kacmar

Patent number: 10151312Abstract: Pump units include a rotatably arranged rotor (3) that is driven by a drive shaft (2), wherein the drive shaft (2) has a first bearing section (18) facing towards the rotor (3), and a second bearing section (19) facing away from the rotor (3). The first bearing section (18) is a first sliding bearing (20), and the second bearing section (19) is a second sliding bearing (21). The load-bearing capacity of the first sliding bearing (20) is limited by a predetermined working pressure in the pump unit. In the pump unit according to the invention, the load-bearing capacity of the sliding bearing (20) facing towards the rotor (3) is increased. According to the invention, the diameter of the first bearing section (18) of the drive shaft (2) and the first sliding bearing (20) is larger than the diameter of the second bearing section (19) and the second sliding bearing (21).Type: GrantFiled: July 22, 2015Date of Patent: December 11, 2018Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Evgenij Skrynski, Marian Kacmar, Martin Kling, Oliver Laforsch, Sando Kunath

Publication number: 20170292516Abstract: There are already known pump units comprising a drive shaft (2) and a rotatably arranged rotor (3) that is driven by the drive shaft (2), wherein the drive shaft (2) has an inclined sliding surface (4) on an end side, which permits the rotor (3) to move back and forth by its rotor axis (5) about a drive axis (6) of the drive shaft (2), wherein the drive shaft (2) has a first bearing section (18) facing towards the the rotor (3), and a second bearing section (19) facing away from the rotor (3). The first bearing section (18) of the drive shaft (2) is arranged in a first sliding bearing (20), and the second bearing section (19) is arranged in a second sliding bearing (21). The load-bearing capacity of the sliding bearing facing towards the rotor (3) is limited up to a predetermined working pressure in the pump unit. In the pump unit according to the invention, the load-bearing capacity of the sliding bearing (20) facing towards the rotor (3) is increased.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 22, 2015Publication date: October 12, 2017Inventors: Evgenij Skrynski, Marian Kacmar, Martin Kling, Oliver Laforsch, Sando Kunath

Patent number: 9046099Abstract: A delivery unit is already known, which comprises a drive shaft and a rotor driven by the drive shaft. The rotor is rotatably arranged in a stator housing, wherein the rotor has a toothing on the end face of said rotor that is remote from the drive shaft, wherein said toothing meshes with a toothing constructed on the stator housing. The drive shaft comprises an oblique sliding plane interacting with the rotor and which is constructed on a shoulder of the drive shaft and allows the rotor to gyrate with the rotor axis thereof about the drive axis of the drive shaft. Work spaces are formed between the toothing of the rotor and the toothing of the stator housing, wherein said work spaces can be filled via an inlet and emptied via an outlet. In one embodiment the fluid is admitted axially and discharged radially, and in the other embodiment the fluid is admitted and discharged axially. For that purpose, control valves in the form of non-return valves are required.Type: GrantFiled: July 26, 2011Date of Patent: June 2, 2015Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventor: Evgenij Skrynski

Publication number: 20140308151Abstract: Feed units are already known which have a first toothing part and a second toothing part which each interact with one another via a toothing and the axes of which are set obliquely with respect to one another, wherein the first toothing part engages around the second toothing part with a collar portion and wherein working spaces are formed between the toothing of the first toothing part and the toothing of the second toothing part, which working spaces can be filled via an inlet and can be emptied via an outlet. In the case of the feed unit according to the invention, an alternative filling and emptying is achieved.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 16, 2012Publication date: October 16, 2014Inventors: Ingo Nowitzky, Dieter Amesoeder, Oliver Laforsch, Sando Kunath, Evgenij Skrynski, Marian Kacmar
