Abstract: An outlet device for chocolates and like products (100) for use with a wrapping machine (50) which has a device (51) for moving each product (100). The outlet device has a first belt (2) for moving products (100) to be rolled, which is operated by an actuator (10), through a first connecting device (5), which connects the first belt (2) to the actuator (10), moving the first belt in a first direction (A) in accordance with the rotary motion of the actuator (10). A rolling device (4) faces the first belt (2) and is used for rolling products (100) moved by the first belt. A second belt (3) moves products (100) which do not require rolling, the second belt also operated by the actuator (10), through a second connecting device (6), the second belt rotated in a second direction (B) also in accordance with rotation of the actuator (10).

Abstract: A wrapping machine for wrapping chocolates and similar products (100) with a wrapping material (101), includes an unwinding and cutting group (6) and a feeding group (10), fit for feeding an elevator group (5) respectively with a portion of the wrapping material (101) and a respective product (100). Said associated wrapping material portion (101) and respective product (100), are provided from said elevator group (5) to a wrapping head (2) to mate a folding group (3) wrapping the product before the transfer of the wrapped product to an outlet group (7). The wrapping head (2) has at least eight gripper means (4) for the product (100) associated to the wrapping material portion (101); such gripper means (4) being radially and angularly equidistant. The folding group (3) includes a plurality of folding modules, at least first (31), second (32) and third (33), positioned around the wrapping head (2) and fit to fold the wrapping material portion (101) around the product (100).

Abstract: The closing of the end edges of the wrapper (5) which is wrapped around the product in a shape made tubular in a known manner, is performed by folders, some of which are dynamic (15, 15' and 17, 17' ), located in different stations, and some static (8, 8' and 18, 18'). The first pair of dynamic folders (15, 15}') is mounted on the same dynamic folder (14) that folds the first lateral edge (505) of the wrapper. A possible option is to replace the last pair of dynamic folders (17, 17') with a pair of static folders (25, 25'). Before the final rolling stage, the wrapped product passes through a shaped channel (19) that keeps the end folds of the wrapper correctly arranged. The last pair of static folders (18, 18') may be incorporated in this channel. The end edges of the wrapper may be folded in three or in four consecutive portions laid over each other.

Abstract: A device for applying adhesive bands to packets, whereby an annular conveyor feeds the bands along a path having a first portion extending along a portion of the path along which the packets are supplied, a second portion extending between the output of the first portion and a loading station where the bands are loaded on to the conveyor, and a third portion extending between the loading station and the input of the first portion and past a gumming device; the conveyor being a suction conveyor having at least a first suction chamber wherein a selective vacuum is formed and extending along the first and second portions of the path along which the bands are fed, and a second suction chamber wherein a constant vacuum is maintained and extending along the third portion of the path along which the bands are fed.
